Can’t deposit a check
You have stepped back significantly. I now have to use another bank until you clean this up. This app rejects all of my check deposits. Bank of America (the evil empire) has no problem with deposits. The UX in this app is challenging. There are sizing bugs. The flow is odd.Remy000000
App not working
Not sure what’s going on but the app stopped working a few days ago. I have iOS 11.1.2 I can get through the login process but it goes grey screen with the little wheel loading thing and that’s it. Please fix!pbmyers
Works for the most part
This app is very finicky. When it becomes time to log into your account, sometimes I am able to login and other times it displays an error and does not let me log into my account.Apollo ale
Such a shame
This app is awful and recently it takes almost 5 mins to load anything (I’ve tried on multiple reliable networks where ANY other app works!) and it won’t let me see my info! Also I don’t get the security picture thing because the picture or security caption NEVER changes or does anything to actually help verify your identity. It’s just garbage now.Show lessSyborg#64732
Wish I could give it zero stars
The old app was so much better and easier to navigate, and when you can't get into the app it doesn't tell you why, just says unable to process request, please call the credit union. Which doesn't help if your trying to check your balance and it's 5:25pm. You should have 24 hour customer service for when your online banking and app does not work!Show lessReal Estate Gal

I don't normally review apps but when one is this horrible I am forced to leave a review. I loathe this app. It's not easy to view and understand like the old one. I loved the old one there was nothing wrong with it!!! Now we have this garbage!! I want my old app back!! This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!! Can't Stand New "Updated" Version
There was a lot of hype leading up to this updated release, but the end product is horrible. I won't even call it an app. It is really just a shortcut to website, or mobile website. Everything about it is more clunky. It is an eyesore, the information is not well suited to iPhone screens, it is slower, etc. The previous version was so much better. Horrible Upgrade
This new update is horrible and not user friendly. Have to scroll up and down just see the entire page of the app because of the font being way too large. Features seem to be the same but the new look makes me not want to use the mobile app at all. It was all so simple before 😭WWF~~} DLF
