BillPay is a Problem
This is the third month in a row I have tried to use BillPay to pay my bills and can't. Multi Pay doesn't work. Scheduled payments do but that's pretty limited.
After calling every month to get help I want to say to the developers, Fix This Thing!letterlovin

They just updated their mobile banking. The quick preview of balances and automatic bill pay have worked really well!UsingAppsIsCool
Glitchy
The app will log you out suddenly as you’re scrolling. It will also cancel your transfer every time you use the space bar in the notes of a transfer. Pretty typical of SunState’s declining customer service.ThisNicknameIsTakenAndIsStupid

More Garbage from Sun State
This is worse than the old Sun State App. It keeps the tradition of poor user interface, but this one crashes, jumps to different screens, and gives you pop-up ads for junk you don’t want. This really shouldn’t be that hard.Too many menus
Bill pay used to be an option on the main screen. Now to get to the Bill Pay dashboard you have to click two other screens, select the option off a menu.
While on the main screen they have marketing information instead and more than ample room for a Bill Pay Button.
Their Management team is clearly out of touch with how their app is utilized by their clients. Typical of modern management to be tone deaf.Show lessMiguel con la espada
