I love that there’s an app so I can pay on my accounts, the only thing is, is that it’s kind of annoying that it doesn’t simply have a “Payment” option. It is difficult when it’s new to you and you have to search to find where you have to go to make a payment. You have to go to transfers, which isn’t difficult, it’s just that in all my other apps where I go to make a payment there’s a place in the scroll down that actually says “payment “. Other than that it’s awesome to have the app so I don’t have to drive 25 miles to make a payment. I don’t like to mail it cause you never know these days if it will make it on time😁Show lessCotton-Picker

The app is fine... when it works!! It won’t even open up. I’m logged in right now and all I have is a white screen. I’ve closed it out and opened it again and still... white screen. Take care of your app!Oceanpoet8

Radiant app
Radiant app needs to be updated.. very slow run time on app. App freezes every time I try to transfer money and I have to end up closing about and restarting it. Does it on both mine and my fiancé’s phone.Mattyice352
Bill pay
For f$&k sake can you please fix the Bill pay🤬🤬🤬 Ever since you have changed the name I have the hardest time getting on Bill pay on my iPhone. And it’s just not mine, my wife and a couple of my co-workers have the same issue! So please please please fix this!ugasmith71
Needs some work
Two features have been dropped that I took for granted until now.
1. A running balance after every transaction.
2. I could only see images for mobile deposits made this month.
3. Could only see current month’s deposit images on app
4. Cannot see images of mobile deposits or any deposits, for that matter, on the website at all, even though it instructs you to click on a non-existent link
3. There is no reference other than date and amount of deposits made on paper statements either. 😳
4. One can only download image or take screenshot without any blocking of sensitive info.
5. If one has destroyed the checks as instructed by Radian after deposit clears, there’s no way of knowing where deposits came from.
4. Even if one still has the checks, it is time consuming and silly having to do this at all.
5. Paper statements show NO information on Mobile Deposits other than date and amount. 😳
Please fix app, website, and paper statements as far as deposits go. 🙏

Hasn’t worked in weeks!
What’s going on here? I have been getting an intermittent availability error for weeks. The app is useless right now. I’m gonna have to change banks at this point. It’s starting to get hard to work with the tools you give us. I can’t even seem to reliably sync my quickbooks. It’s ridiculous!jpadot
Non-user friendly
Ever since Radiant has become my bank I have been consistently locked from my account and when I get the account unlocked it states that I can’t use my current password that I was entering into the system.bbbbihg
