New name
You have become the worst credit you l know. Your not customer friendly anymore. Use to call in and be routed to where you needed now it take twenty different routes, to you get to a customer helper. I’ve been a member since 1988.dennis yancey

so I wasn't thrilled about the name change, the logo change, the change, the change. all the changes from Sunstate to radiant.
However, I will say, is the FIRST FREAKING time that I haven't had DIFFICULTY making a electroNIC deposit.

Don’t like it
This app is slow, it will make you think you’re locked out but really all you have to do is close the app and reopen it (which I learned after calling several times), it doesn’t like the photos to deposit checks, please work on this lousy app.onlymemichelled
Slow
This app is the worse app I have ever used. It goes extremely slow and the “quick login” into my other joint accounts no longer is “quick” because that doesn’t work AT ALL! I have to log out of my account and type in my other account log in information in order to access it. I have it a few months but now I believe I’ll be taking my banking to One Finance. I’ve been with Radiant since 2011 but this is the final straw. I want to be able to navigate my app without it taking 10 minutes! Bring back SunState!Show lessPgl0

Horrible app
The app is nearly unusable with how slow and inconsistent it is. You click on something and have to wait over a minute for it to respond to what you are trying to do. If you don’t need to download, save yourself and don’t.Buffa6779480
Transfers
When I was told they were changing names from Sunstate to radiant I was told nothing was changing except the name however the app has completely Changed is very laggy and doesn’t provide information like the Sunstate app would such as if I were to transfer money from one account to another it would automatically show up in which ever account I was transferring from and show pending. Now it doesn’t say anything and if you click on the schedule transfers it only gives the date it was made not the actual date it is to be deposited so you have to click on it and resubmit it every time to make sure you selected the correct date but if it’s after 3 you have to select a different date pushing back the transfer again because it doesn’t show up in the account you draw from like it did before the change.Show lesstracksellis
Check Deposit
You have to hit the “take photo screen” multiple times for the app to take a photo of the check. Annoying.Africanbb
No effort
For god sake‘s it is 2020! You would think this was made before the Internet was created if you need to find out any information or routing numbers or literally anything at all chances are you won’t be able to do it and what about mobile deposit ?!? Anything that would make banking convenient or user-friendly is not in this appShow lessProzertar
