  • Not well built for iphone 14 pro

    Top left and right corner bot working on iphone 14 pro so unable to back or logout using those links.
  • Application not working in IPhone properly,No mobile recharge option working.

  • Does not work with eSIM

    I tried to register with the app. It gives a dialog stating “Please insert a SIM or check your network setting before proceeding further. Please close the application”

    If I still click Next, it sends the SMS but errors out in about 1 minute. During this time it checks the system for my mobile number. Then, I get an error “SB001 Technical Error, please try later”

    I am in the US and Yono Lite works fine for me with my US cell. I am unable to use the full Yono app as it doesnot recognize my eSIM. Please assist. Thanks.

  • Never try fixing something which isn’t broken!!

    This app was smooth but with the so called upgrade, it is trying to verify the phone number ( by sending an international SMS) which doesn’t work It has become useless now. I have been trying to register phone . It sends an international SMS and fails there

    1 year later.. still not working for NRIs in UK

  • Nice App for SBI

    I started using this app recently and I am already very impressed with features! I can do everything in the app without going into web!
  • SBI Online and App are Crap

    So frustrated with the online banking experience of SBI. Their online banking website is horrible. They made it impossible to login and access your accounts thinking they are keeping it secure. I doubt if they do any kind of user experience testing on their crappy website.

    I was hoping this app would be better. But I can’t even register after wasting many international SMS texts. Looks like nobody cares about customers at SBI. Sad story as with all of Indian public sector companies.

  • SBI is the worst bank for online account access

    I have had very high hopes for SBI account when I started it. For every issue I had come across for about 8years, I had always been optimistic about it getting resolved and sticking to SBI for my banking needs. I think I have reached a point at which I can no longer bear the pathetic service and interface of SBI online banking. These are the issues that I am facing.

    1 . The app failing to load login screen.
    2. Timeouts in certain forms such as adding beneficiary.
    3. Random error messages.
    4. The need of 2 passwords for the account.
    5. App not supporting a password change.
    6. Web application having a very confusing UI.
    7. Inconsistency in receiving OTP messages.

    I don’t think fixing these issues will get me back as their customer, but if SBI is willing to address these issues and many other such issues, it may help someone who don’t have a choice of switching to a better banking service.

    Highly discourage the use of this application and banking service if you have a better option available.

  • Register every time to login?

    Do I need to register every time I try to login to the app with the message sent through my Registered Phone number ? Can I not just login straight away after a one time registration? Seems like an awful lot of steps simply to login to this app.

    Just started an account, I tried to update my phone number, update email address, put in a request for a debit card linked to my account and not a single feature works. Debit card request process asked me to select an address for delivery but there is no option to select an address?

    Poorly designed phone app and needless amount of steps just for a simple login. I’m regretting opening an account with this bank now…

  • Can’t register via SMS from o/seas!

    App was working fine, until it stopped. Registration - via SMS - does not work, the message is never delivered. Tried the alternative number as well. Issue may be your server can’t handle SMS from overseas mobile numbers? Frustrating, since app is now unusable until I make my next visit to India. Pls fix this!

  • Annoying app for NRIs

    Frustrating to open the app that is linked with phone number. Can we make it better like CommWealth Bank
    I can access commwealth bank anywhere from the world if I have internet and my credentials or thumb impression. YONO app makes it mandatory to have the number for which I need to change sim everytime. As a software developer I do not approve of this design. It should be easy to use and not linked to your phone number even to login. It’s understandable to have OTPs during transaction but not during login. Please have a look at Commonwealth bank app and see how it’s being developed.
