Appalling- not safe for DV experiencers
I accidentally found that if you’re not the “primary tenant” (what ever that means in the modern post 1950s world- you DONT get access to the documents you signed to be on the lease in the ap… as far as I can recal- we did not receive a printed lease- it was all online… so it’s beyond fair to expect I can access the lease- any time- day or night- instantly, online. But I’m told to look in “documents” but since I’m not the “primary tenant” I don’t have a documents folder in either the sorted ap or the REA ap. Insane!! How about DV victims trying to quietly flee a situation… with out letting others know?! All adults signed on to the lease REQUIRE this privacy.

If I wasn’t forced to use this ap by my REA I would abandon it immediately FIX IT fix it fast. Also I would like to ad- in Australia it’s VERY very common to have a toilet in a standalone separate room. And in some city’s even an outside Loo.. yet… there is NO toilet option to select when reporting a maintenance request. Our toilet is no where near the bathroom- being closer to the laundry I selected laundry- also incorrect. This ap is obviously made by Americans, and ill adapted for the Australian market. It’s an easy fix. Just add it. Add toilet as a room!!!!
You can’t check if any rent is missing/our outstanding in the ap
You can’t pay rent in ap
You can’t see if any maintenance that was requested is needing to be paid (by the Tennent)…
None of my previous pleas to improve this ap have been acted on- not even the ones that would support domestic violence concerns

Atrocious
The app doesn’t let you cancel your rental payments at the end of the lease - just keeps taking payments until the property manager finishes the agreement with Sorted, if they are organised enough to do that.
Doesn’t let you alter profile details or remove old rental properties.
Avoid at all costs.

Electricity
Please don’t fall into victim of this company. They are simply charging you exorbitant price for your electricity. Please do compare other provider before you choose Sorted. ☹️☹️☹️👎👎👎
Login Error
Can’t login, keep saying “Unauthorized 500”
Give it a try! Easy.
I like that you can pay your rent through the platform and also it makes it all so easy as can do everything from move home, to booking a clean or connecting all your services like electricity, gas and broadband
Australia only
Looks like a handy app to have. I’m from New Zealand so I can’t use the app. It should say Australia only..
Great app!
Great tool to manage all utilities in one place.
Great app
Customer service team is very responsive and diligent. I recommend sorted to anyone looking to take the stress out of settlements.
Minor bug fixes? The app is broken.
The app makes things extremely difficult to see contracts and doesn’t provide any useful support. You do not need this app as a tenant. When I signed a new rental agreement the app would then numerous notifications every day suggesting I use it to set up utilities despite already having utility accounts. This did not stop until I complained. Now the app is completely broken and impossible to log in. Whenever I open it the app refreshes saying I’ve logged out with no ability to stop this and actually log in.
