Electricity rip off
MUCH cheaper to just connect your own electricity.
Perhaps this is a Canberra-specific situation as we have a gov owned electricity retailer, but based on our old bills it’s hundreds of dollars per year cheaper to do it yourself and no more difficult.
Overall the ap is a bit clunky as well, although the staff do reply to chats promptly and helpfully.

Really happy with Sorted Services. User friendly and easy to use app. Would definitely recommend!
Do not use this option
My rental agent insisted on me using this service for rent payments. At end of the lease they are not cancelling the auto pay and it keeps scheduling payments from my bank account. This app does not allow the user to cancel auto pay. So you will be robbed and leaving yourself with mess to SORT out and chase your money back. I highly recommend not using this service. It’s illegal for real estate agents to force you to use this kind of services and I am considering legal actions
