Sorted is such an easy way to get everything in my home setup, and I’m loving the new app update!
Horrible app and poor UI
The app crashes multiple times, it doesn’t have functions that the user needs. The chat function is broken, and the option to send rental applications doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time with this one.

There are no services to add other than signing up to Sorted or Energy Australia?
I have several properties and was looking for central location to store strata fees, council rates, water, etc?? None of that on here.

Great new app, allow my to adjust my account and have all my properties and utilities accounts at my finger tips on one app.
One star is too generous
The worst app/platform I’ve ever experienced. It must be designed for Real Estate Agent efficiency. As a tenant trying to set up an account to apply for a property - it is an absolute nightmare. To delete an account - you need to request via online chat. Which I did months ago. There’s no way to delete your account that holds ID, bank statements etc. Why?? Unfortunately, I needed to set up a new account as it’s the only way to apply for a property with Nelson Alexander. What a nightmare. I’ve had to request reset password link 3 times because it won’t let me login. Also has no option to view the application as the agent would receive it. No option for a cover letter either. I’m not a fan of 1form, but I’ve had ZERO issues with using it. I’ve wasted a whole week trying to “sort” out setting up a new account so I can apply for a property, but continually doesn’t recognise my password. What even is that?????! I GIVE UP

Our agency recommended us to use this app. But after 6 months we noticed they have deducted money from our account due to electricity without any explanation and notice. Unless, we have contract with electricity company. While we noticed we asked them to refund the money unfortunately, they just accepted to refund us less than half of the money. I will recommend you never use this app.
