Really love the computer version but my account was made with Facebook and It won’t let me sign in through that on iOS whatsoever. Very disappointing.d theodora

This app supports multiple languages and never quit accidentally which is better than Celtx.
Also, the WriterDuet app itself looks same as online WriterDuet and it’s not hard to get familiar with the app, and that’s better than Fade InScarrrYS
Unusable
It won’t let me log in using my Google details so I can’t even use me it.
I’m paying to not be able to use a service. Please fix.Jtmrfilms
Can’t go past my email login
I love the web version that I’m paying a subscription for, but I can’t use this product on my iPad. The app won’t let me use any functions or see my account. Would love if I could see my work or at least use the app.bitcoingurk
Login Issues
The app works great usually but I had to delete it because of storage. When I downloaded it again and tried to log in, I couldn’t get past the email. When I eventually figured out how to try a login through Google, it wouldn’t let me. I can’t use the app anymore.JaeMinaj😊
Frustrating and buggy
I used this app a couple years ago and had no problems. Now I’m losing work on a regular basis. There are all sorts of weird formatting, printing, rendering, and syncing issues now. This software is extremely buggy.Dewey0
Glitchy and slow
This would be a useful app if the typing wasn’t chronically slow and glitchy to the point of sometimes reversing unprompted.
The desktop and ipad apps are poorly synched. For example if something is italicized on the ipad app, attempting to un-italicize it on the desktop results in bugginess and freezing.
My desktop and ipad are new and the internet is fast, so the issues are not at this end.Show lessRAHerman
Can’t login
I downloaded this app and can’t login. When I type my email address the app freezes before I can enter my password. I have 3 scripts across 2 accounts that I can’t get to. Plus I’m dying to write something, please sort this out. Usually works great, other than occasional minor issues, so this is disappointing and is driving me nuts!Show lessbigdaftjason
Great mobile port, but...
My biggest complaint is that I can’t switch sideways on my iPhone 12 pro 🥲 Otherwise, this is nearly identical to the desktop version and works almost as well. There are a few bugs here and there that require an open and close of the app or reconnecting my profile. I have also not tried collaborative writing while on the phone.
My friend uses his old ipad sometimes and it runs like a snail on that. Also worked poorly on my old iphone. Maybe it’s just a little too tough on the older cpu’s.
Still, grateful to be able to work on the go and switch to laptop with ease! Thanks WriterDuet team!Show lessZ J Ward
WriterDuet is great, this App is Not
Constant crashes, trouble loading scripts, and moments of panic where everything seems to be deleted only to reappear 3 reloads later. The little I’m able to accomplish on this app does not make up for the constant frustration and anxiety of not being able to get words reliably on the document. 2 stars only because the website software is great and this app isn’t so bad that I’ll switch to Final Draft.Show lesswasasuperfan
