Love it!
I’ve been using this program for years and was blessed to be using this app since Beta. The user interface is one of the easiest across all platforms and the cross functionality across devices is a winner. Plus, if any problems occur. Customer service is top notch!

Can’t Connect
I have a paid subscription and find that the website is the only thing that works with relatively few issues for me. Both the desktop app and the mobile app (I’m on an iPad) just don’t load. I can’t connect to the internet (so I can’t open any projects), it’s very frustrating as I know my connection is fine. I’ll probably switch to a different writing software once my subscription ends, I like WriterDuet but it’s not reliable.Show lessSahy567
How do you print a script?
& where are exported files stored, like exported pdfs? Not showing in the WriterDuet folder for me.

Won’t Open
Whoever designed the phone app should be fired because it’s a joke. The loading circle taunts you by going through multiple animations for minutes before it finally opened for me. I finally started editing when the screen went blank and started refreshing again.

Good app when it works
I’ve been sitting here for at least 20 minutes trying to open it on my iPad. It opens on the last opened project and it doesn’t let you scroll, edit or type. I have to restart the device to rectify this and it starts again if I try to change to another project.

Not Good Enough
Really liked the function where two people can edit at the same time however too many bugs made me have to switch. Inconsistency in saves, random keyboard bugs (backspace doesn’t work 50% of the time), and incredibly slow processing broke the camels back. On to another software.FairerReviewer
WriterDuet is awesome
The iPhone app can be buggy occasionally, which is why I docked the app a star, but it works fine for pulling up your scripts.
The iPad app works flawlessly and is great.
WriterDuet as a whole is a very cool system. I love the collaboration features, but even without them it’s a solid script-writing program.Show lessbmwright1
Best in class
Some of the reviews are so unfair to this app. I just subscribed to it after testing it out for months. By far this is the best app hands down. They have the best interface If you decide to write in right to left languages and it integrates well with left to right writing. I have the experience with losing work in the past and this in not an issue here and it save automatically.Show lesskotrob
App needs work
This app needs a lot of work. It bugs out and freezes a lot and when I need to export a PDF it doesn’t work 90% of the time. Great idea, needs improvement.Daveyserena
