When it works, it’s fine
When it works, it’s fine. But it will randomly just not work anymore. Like right now, when I’m trying to park at public espresso and I HAVE existing money in my “wallet” but it has somehow decided that it needs to reload my credit card (which has not expired). When trying to reload the credit card, it keeps saying “network error”.

Too many payment failed errors
Despite trying multiple payment methods, i have been receiving payment cannot be processed errors…as have multiple friends of mine in the area. Please fix!ChevVCaprice

Still got a ticket
Don’t know if I’m paying for nothing. Still got a ticket today while my parking pass was still active. And I was parked in the correct section, doubled checked the zone and all, and the parking ticket said no app was used to pay. How can I even trust paying for parking with this app anymore? Plus they purposely charge an awkward amount so you never completely use up the amount in your wallet.PrinceGDfan
I want to pay but the City of Buffalo app is busted
I can’t reload my wallet. Tried every way including deleting and re-installing, new card, etc. June 23. This app also needs to let user combine sub-$1 wallets for use because the city pockets my change otherwise.buffalofood
As Bad as Tim Hortons app
Walked 1/2 block to pay station found I needed License plate walked back to car asked someone who was outside eating next to my car found small high sign to download app . 1/2 hour later still not downloaded .jj gatt
Greed
Buffalo has been very greedy when it comes to parking downtown, which is not a surprise. You have to pay $10 for their buffalo roam wallet, just to pay $2 to park for 2 hours. Who the heck thought this was a good idea? Parking is already limited during the day and now you’re going to add this on top of everything else? No wonder why people are moving out of the city. They try to take money from the citizens and not even use it to better the streets of Buffalo.Chris_Tyler07
Make certain app actually confirms payment
For the second time today, after parking, selecting the appropriate zone, selecting the parking duration, and clicking confirm; I later noticed the app, after a delay, requested me to again confirm payment. I didn’t notice it immediately and the second time it cost me a $40 ticket.dddddddapple
Not worth it
Takes too long to set up. And when you finally do set it up, it charges way too many additional fees. It was cheaper to use the parking garage than to use this app to park on the streetfhyggeddyjbfjknhsfhhbiob
Lots of hidden rules
I downloaded the app to make it easier to pay for my parking while was visiting Buffalo for the day. They don’t tell you that you have to load $10 minimum to use the app as well as tacking on a convenience fee every time you use it. I only used it for two hours ($4) and have a remaining balance of $6 that I can’t use since I was only there for the day. Much cheaper to pay at the machine if you’re visiting Buffalo.RobertDubs
