Convenient.... but
The Buffalo Roam app is very easy to use .... but what’s up with the .10 cent surcharge. It’s a real pain. I guess some bright eyes accountant thought this would be an easy way for users to keep replenishing their account and using the app. Why doesn’t the City just pay the .10 cent fee. I’m sure they’re saving many dollars by using this app. to keep track of parking. It has to be cheaper than sending out a pair of high payed city workers to empty the meters.Nickname - MAGA

Took 20 minutes to set up, whereas I had quarters in hand if the meter would have taken them. Then it had the nerve to charge a 10 cent “convenience fee”! 2 days later there was an unauthorized charge from Daily Burn on the credit card that hadn’t been used for months. I completely read the agreement before I agreed to the download for Buffalo Roam and there wasn’t a hint of other charges, but somehow a fraudulent charge happened. Watch your statementsPatti14004

Poorly designed and terrible payment option
Every other parking or pay per use system uses PayPal, credit card-link Or they access to your apple/ google wallet. Why do we need to pre fund their own wallet. For people who only come downtown infrequently this is one more way to hold their money hostage! Do they think that they are EZ pass?fffrock

Just used this for the first time. So easy to use, like the fact that I can add time without having to go back to my car and get another ticket or add money the meter. I think this is great! Wish the NFTA had an app like this to travel the train or bus.Mindy:D

So easy to park and pay. Only complaint is the zones are so large that when you are in the heart of downtown at multiple locations and have to move your car you can quickly run to the limit of the zone.14632lis
I can’t get back into my account.
I signed up with my phone, and I needed to get my credit card replaced. When I went to sign in, my pin didn’t work. (Even though I now it was the right pin...) I now have to go through a process that requires my old credit card, which I no longer possess. I tried inputting a new card, but it won’t let me. I can’t even re sign up with the same number. Terrible catch-22.omgeewtfrank
