I started reading these devotionals one morning on the way to uni. Needless to say it soon became a part of my daily routine. Each reflection has a way of grounding you and causing you to connect with your beliefs in a unique way. As soon as I discovered it I had to tell my family about it and now they read them too. I would recommend to anyone to just take a few moments in the day and read these beautiful words to bring you closer to God.Show lesscsingh25
Favourite devotionals
I love my pocket fuel devotionals! They honestly make my day to hear such a fresh way of discussing the word of God. Cannot mention the amount of times I’ve been healed by reading Lizzy and Jessie’s words.
The honesty they have in their devotion to Jesus is so needed in this day and age. And I’m always posting screenshots on Instagram because they’re too beautiful and powerful not to share.

I would highly recommend the Pocket Fuel app to anyone who needs encouragement and wisdom in their life. I’m sure that’s everyone! The daily devotional covers are beautiful and can be saved and used as a phone background, which I’ve used on many occasions. Well worth 2 minutes of my day
I’ve been following pocketful for the last couple of years and downloaded the app recently. I genuinely can’t speak more highly of the quality of content from Jesse and Liz. Their devotionals literally take about 2 minutes to read, but there is so much to chew on that I keep coming back to them. It’s really refreshing to see bigger concepts explored in creative ways, always anchored in scripture and brought to life with poetry, literature, contemporary thinkers, philosophers, authors, artists and different faith traditions. I absolutely love reading the daily devotional from pocket fuel. They are written with an honesty and authenticity that represents how doing day to day faith is. I found Pocket Fuel through Instagram & then realised that they have an app too! Pocket Fuel has managed to create a conglomeration of self-help, faith exploration, and FAQs that I’m so immensely greatful to have found.
I grew up as a Christian, going to a Christian grade school and high school, surrounded by my faith. Now I attend a private non-religious college 2 states away from home. I attended a church for the first two years but stopped going due to a variety of reasons. I didn’t necessarily lose my faith, but I feel like it was dampened. I wasn’t talking to God or feeding my faith as much as I thought I should.
I tried out a few different apps for devotional but none really spoke to me, feeling kind of boring and bland, echoing the words that I had grown up with (nothing wrong with that but I wanted something new, I wanted to learn).
Then I found Pocket Fuel. The devotions are easy reads and they have impactful messages. The wallpapers are beautiful as well. I often find myself thinking about certain aspects of my faith in a different way, with a better understanding of why I believe what I do.
This app has helped me strengthen my faith once again. I’ve also been trying to establish a healthy daily routine focused on wellness and the consistency of the devotions have helped me structure my faith into my day.
I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! I definitely recommend for anyone wanting to easily incorporate their faith into their routine and get a daily dose of life medicine.Show lessas_knight

The way Christianity is exposed in these devotions with such a spiritual and down to earth feel is something I’ve been craving for some time now. I always wade in and out of “religion,” so to have found devotionals that are relatable on all levels of spirituality, which pull quotes from well known authors or philosophers to help substantiate the thoughts unraveling into words, has been (quite literally) Heaven sent.
I love the subtle daily reminder that doesn’t let me forget to check out today’s devotional and the option to review devotionals from the previous days. THIS is BY FAR the best devotional app IOS has to offer. Soul food for sure for anyone who enjoys tapping into their spirituality.Show lessash.berrios
