Hope and radical self acceptance!
This devotional has helped me bridge one of my biggest gaps in my relationship with Christ. Being that so many of us have been taught from a young age how sinful and disobedient we are and not worthy I was left constantly feeling as though I was not enough and even worse not worthy of gods love. Through reading these devotionals for the last year I am in a new place of radical self acceptance and the true belief that God loves me just as I am right now and I am worthy of that love, because he says I am. Words for reconnection
So much of my recent faith journey has been accompanied by loss; loss in the trust I had for the teaching I once received and the loss of connection with God because so many texts trigger the fear response I so desperately want to move away from.

This app has been wonderful for my mental and spiritual health, I would recommend everyone download the app and read the daily devotionals. I love the mini series’ and way they present a theme- such as love!
Also a couple weeks ago my app was not loading properly and the customer service for fixing the bug was wonderful- personable and timely! Highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a cost effective and well-rounded daily devotional. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if Apple would let me!Show lessJanessa Currier

I never write reviews for apps, nor do I read them, because - who cares? I do, however, love this app and whoever writes these messages. As someone knee deep in working on themselves and completely rewiring their brain, these daily devotionals are something I look forward to every single day. There are plenty of apps out there designed to give you vague messages that could be interpreted at the surface level (think Co-Star), but these are well-crafted and almost God-ordained reminders that are worthy of publishing. They beautifully weave scripture with psychology (my two current favorite things) and really are a blessing. I especially like that you can go back and look at old devotions too.Show lessM@ Long
Gentle yet transformational
I’ve been on the app for years now, and every time I open it, I am reminded of why I stay. The Practice Co has served me and others in so many ways: from dismantling toxic thoughts to accepting my natural - sometimes slow, sometimes judgmental, sometimes doubting - growth. It has not only allowed me to make space in my heart for me, but also for others that I may have never had made space for before. I am always grateful for this app and the consistent quality and level of effort I see in Liz’s writing - I hope she’s reminded of how important her daily practice is.Show lessjbill15

I don’t always remember to read my devotional but everytime I do I hunger for more and try to remember to read daily. I even set a reminder through the app which is effective! I love to read them first thing to start my day off and they really do set intention for my day and connect me to myself and furthermore to God making me want to learn more about both. Also the app runs smoothly and the daily devotional templates are pretty. I love this app. P.s. I’ve had this app for about a year maybe 2 now and just now getting around to writing this review. This devotional is hands down my favorite app I’ve ever downloaded. I came across it by chance while looking for a daily devotional. I was looking for something faith-based, but not “churchy”…it’s non-denominational, in fact, I feel like Liz brings aspects from many “religions” to you. I’d say it is exactly what I was looking for, but it’s so much more!!! It’s exactly what I needed. I love how the message is presented in a way that makes me feel like it was written for me.

tent revival in your pocket
i started this app the day after i was released from my hospitalization with my second instance of post partum psychosis (that was super , super spiritual both times) and a diagnosis of PTSD. each prose and reflection would speak truth to my circumstance & i could and can sense the holy spirit (through ASMR - totally look that acronym up for some fun research brothers and sisters ) with each morning devotional, strengthening my spiritual habitualism. i spent the 15 dollars for a year because i would spend that much on a book (and i have!) with this amount of thoughtful, intellectual, relevant information. thank you to every single writer, creative, developer who had a hand in this creation. it has been a part of my stabilization and connection to the Lord's word! my fervor for christ is practiced with your work, you are a blessing by sharing His word through your interpretation! thank you , thank you , thank you ! so much love to you for your gift, it's beautiful. - amber heraldShow lessamberdwyatt
