Great Customer Service, Beautiful App
I did the trial for this app and really began to look forward to the daily message, so I decided to subscribe. I had an issue the day I subscribed where I could not then access the message despite all the reboot tips. I was bummed, but I got a message about providing feedback, so I described my problem. The next day the app did work and it appeared to be just a glitch, but I was surprised to receive a personal email related to my feedback and to try to help me resolve the issue. I forgot to respond (because you know, life, kids...lol) but I was even more surprised to then receive a follow up email from the team to make sure my issue was resolved (I did respond here!). This app is beautifully made and the customer service is wonderful. In such uncertain, crazy times, I am so thankful to have found this app !Show lessnlk5018

The practiceco has been a grounding foundation of my morning for about 2 years now. I love this app! It has become my everyday morning read before I do anything else. Always so practical it’s clear to see that Liz shares her heart from a wealth of her own experiences, her caring heart and love for others to enter into wholeness and healing and transformation is very obvious. I love how Liz refers to the wisdom and writings of many respected authors. My heart has been enlarged as I leave the narrow minded religion I grew up with stepping into freedom and healing learning more about what it is to truly be loved and to love. This app is much more beautiful than my words can describe. I started using the app as a way to redefine my spiritual mind and to reconnect with God, and while it has done both of those things, the lasting impression it has made on my day to day life has been a game changer. As a busy wife and business owner, I often find my spiritual life taking a back seat. These bite sized devotions keep me connected to God first thing in the morning and the prompts keep me connected as I live out my day. The design and layout is also beautifully done. I love this devotional! LOVE!! It has touched me so many times- been exactly what I needed to hear. But on top of that, I want to say that the customer support is also amazing!!! When my annual subscription renewed, it must have had a hiccup because I couldn’t get the new devotionals. I emailed customer support about it, and immediately got a response from Jesse. She explained what happened, resolved the issue, and told me what had to be done in case there is ever a weird hiccup again. Since then she had followed up with me twice to be sure that all is working well and I’m not having any issues. It’s so refreshing to get a real person who cares about their product and customers.
