Pointless
Wonder how much resources went into developing this app where it just shows your mileage balance, and that’s really about it. Not much else to see and do with this app. Everything else you need to manage your account will have to be done outside this app. Guess as credit, at least one has visibility to your mileage activity. Useless app, useless service
I share the same sentiment as Clarky. First, I needed to sign up again as MabuhayMiles did not recognise my previous membership and their chatbot is just as useless as this app. I cannot book flights without activating my membership (apparently), which of course I have. When updating your profile, it does not recognise Australian state suburbs. I can’t even book a flight using this app. Apparently it is not available. I gave up on trying to book flights for days and relied on a travel agent. Even then, my trips are not showing on this app. Lucio Tan, how about investing your fortune in acquiring good developers and make this simple app work. It can’t be this hard really. Doesn’t list all cities. Can’t continue to create profile. Forget it!
You’re forced to select your city and state from their drop down menu. If it’s not listed, then can’t continue. Makes the app useless before seeing if it’s useful at all.R_J_Ro

Unable to reset acvount
I have been dealing with this problem for the past 3 years now. Everytime, I cannot login to my account. It will not recognize my card number or my password. I did password change Several times and change the email, still unsuccessful. Also, contacted Customer Service but was told to change in the Main office! How realistic is that...to visit an office in Manila? This does not happen with other airline website.Show lessnenetq

This app is just like Pal’s customer service, a piece of junk! You can’t redeem your Mabuhay miles online like every other airlines. You have to call them or go to their ticket office. They are stuck in the 3rd world!3rdworldairline

Useless app. I’d give it 0 star but I couldn’t bcoz otherwise I won’t be able to write this comment. You can’t book a flight. You can’t view your scheduled flights. You can’t do nothing but update your profile, view your previous flights & see your accumulated miles. There’s not even a phone number to call to get hold of customer service. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR APP. It’s been like this since I joined. And that’s probably close to a decadeShow lessone unhappy PAL
