Logging in and passwords a nightmare - after all this I only wanted to book flights using my air miles but seems this facility doesn’t t work or isn’t offered what’s the point.Ianto4321
What app? It does nothing!
A complete waste of time and energy installing an app that only provides adverts for associated companies and no actual useful information to the user. If PAL paid an external company to write this app then they were conned and should claim their money back. Use the browser version instead. UNREWARDING!
The one star is the ability to keep track online of the miles members have accumulated.
How can it be rewarding to us members (mostly living abroad and does not have direct access to a PAL office) if we meet too much stress and difficulty just planning and wanting to use it?
THIS SUGGESTION IS TOO SIMPLE ENOUGH:
Whenever we book and purchase our tickets online, can we be given an option to pay with our accumulated miles and if the credits are not enough, pay the remaining balance with debit/credit cards?
This option alone will get you 101% customer satisfaction and encourage members' loyalty. And we members can truly shout MABUHAY! with fervour.
BA and even Turkish Airlines have excellent frequent flyer programs. PAL will do better to learn from their programs so as to improved the quality of its business and enhanced customer support and satisfaction.Show lessbangcapistrano

Horrible App
This app requires a lot of updating in order to complete with other airlines. Please go to Korean Airlines app as an example and learn. If you want to compete with the big boys, start your service on improving your app to entice more customers to join your program. Good luck!Bismaeck
