Waste of space
Its completely useless that I have to uninstall it. You have to sign in every time you closed the app and wth remembers an account number? Can’t the developer use the users unique email address of the user? You have to open an email, copy the account number sent to you long long time ago which will take ages to find or search. Is there a 0 stars? I wish they could have re-think the app like a normal user login does.Show lesscapt_cK

Needs serious improvement
Mabuhay miles and PAL app should be integrated for a seamless experience. It is time consuming to be inputting account number when booking when it can be done via a single app. Kindly check apps of United Airlines or Korean Air.Igalang

Didn't PAL research other airline aps to at least make theirs comparable and functional?
Should be able to change flights, use miles, etc....this is very disappointing. Please review and make the necessary changes.DN@808

Won’t allow me to enter my Canadian postal code that has letters accepts only the numbers DAH? Canada is a COUNTRY!
US states has Zip Codes in Numbers only.
