First, it wont allow you make changes in your account, such as email, contact number and birthday, address, etc.
Second, it wont allow you to put accurate postal code when you live in North America. Therefore it’s completely nonsense.EIA11188
Disappointed
Just downloaded the app and couldn’t use it to book tickets because service is not available at this time. I expected the features I normally get from United’s and Delta’s apps but nowhere close to it. 👎🏼LF671
Waste of time
This app is useless. It doesn’t remember you details and has no link or memory of your flights. A total waste of time. The designers obviously don’t travel.DWGLasVegas
Absolutely garbage app
I give this application 0 stars. After taking nearly 2hrs to join the service constantly re entering my information it finally signed me up. When trying to update my air miles it asks me for my password then tells me it’s incorrect. Go to the reset password page it won’t accept either or both account number or security question. Are the airline trying to discourage people to sign up to their frequent flyer program? Senior management should question why they have so few members. Ah apple won’t allow me to give no stars so I begrudgingly give it 1 more than this waste of space app deserves.Show lessNewby76
Hard to edit
I hard to edit your personal info such birth date and address. The city is not the list and you have to scroll all the way down to look for it.saniec
Need to always log in???!!!
This app requires users to log in every time it is opened. Users need to memorize their account numbers in order to log in. What the heck? Users are burdened into memorizing those numbers. This only means that PAL Mabuhay Miles members are required to carry the physical membership card. That’s so ancient!
Some airlines’ have similar apps that have the digital membership card which users can readily show during check in and do not require the user to log in every time.Show lessJag874

App is unfriendly to user. A lot of glitch is noted and not fully operational. PAL has to develop a more intelligent App and don’t be late as your plane schedules do.jpebenito
Not recognizing global address
I can’t choose my right city and my postal code because the app doesn’t allow it. There’s a drop down menu of cities per country but not complete. And it only wants a postal code that is numeric. In Canada, our postal codes are alphanumeric. So I can’t enter the right address.K Magno

Impossible to create an account
I’ve spent hours trying to create an account and this app is completely useless. It neither accept my Philipines or Australian phone numbers despite checking my area and country codes etc are all correct. Zero help from PAL or developer. I wish I could rate this zero stars.Clarky4129
