Useless app!!! Yep you can see your miles points but that’s it! You can’t do anything else, you can’t see your mabuhay miles bookings, transactions, previous travels etc etc!Dano1324
Not up to standards
Nice App if you want to find out the miles you’ve flown. It won’t let you book flights or search for flights. Other airlines have better Apps.Cattivo4U

Instead of asking Member Number to sign in, ask for something that is readily remember by the member, like name or email. Cuz when stuck with it, the aps wouldn’t even give option to recover it since it’s not asking for email where a member can right away change his password. Case in point, I’m stuck cuz i couldn’t find my Member Number /card anywhere.Show lessAlfiealps
No functionality
I’ve tried updating my personal information numerous times but it still shows my previous address. I tried signing my wife up but it has never worked either. Aside from viewing my balance this app is useless.Shogi PLayer

Needs to be Updated
It was nice to be able to see the amount of miles I had, but I am unable to redeem the miles. Nice to look at, but not a productive site. I would think that Philippine Airlines would have a link so that we could try to book flights by redeeming miles or booking a flight and redeeming miles for upgrades. Whenever I call Philippine Airlines to redeem miles for upgrades, they are usually unavailable. How about showing dates that are available?Show lessBeerPongBallerz
