Doing this for fun

Hehe

Bit buggy, but legit

Like many, I was kinda sceptical about the all of this - getting paid to play games and whether or would actually pay out once you’d done tasks and all of that - but it’s actually been okay.
I have had issues with some of the games not tracking at all and one step not registering on another, but in the case of the latter, customer support did sort it.
In regard to the payout, it was surprisingly quick. It’s true that you might struggle to make much if you can’t invest a lot of time into the games - although most have quite a long period in which to complete tasks - but it’s a nice little extra change for playing something you might enjoy.
I do wish that there was a comments section when you complete a task so that you could actually give more feedback on the games - it would be nice to be able to say what works and doesn’t and why you decided not to go further with it - but overall, I have to say it’s been a positive experience.

Seems good so far

I’ve been using testerup few a couple of months now and it seems good, I’ve not met the minimum payout yet of £70 I’m about £40 off it. I’ve downloaded 4 games through the app and making my way though each stage required. Some games have bigger pay outs than others. You do have to make in app purchases in games if you want to progress quicker in the game and also hit each target on testerup but it is doable with out this but will take longer to reach the payout level. I did have one game that didn’t track and was told by customer support that I’d not downloaded it through them which I actually had or that I’d already played the game on my device before which I hadn’t. Make sure you read all the terms for each game before you download it and once you’ve downloaded you won’t be able to earn anything if you’ve done it wrong. You have to allow tracking also otherwise your progress won’t track.

Actually Works lol

I swear all of these reviews are bots😭 Anyway for my experience, everything went smoothly. While I will agree the tasks are extremely tedious and generally impossible to complete ALL the tasks. But if you just complete like a couple like up to 2 5 dollars and complete it it’s fine. I’ll tell the most I actually earned on 1 game was around $34 which I spent like literally EVERYDAY on. The payout minimum limit is $70 which is a little annoying but doesnt really matter THAT much to me. I got to $70 after about a month and a half. Verified, got my payout request and accepted, and got to my paypal in less that 24 hours. So if I gave me money I don’t understand why I shouldn’t give it 5 stars lol. Some bugs that did actually occur was the apps not tracking. Some apps literally wouldn’t track no matter what I did. But 90% of them worked. If one didnt work I would just simply complete the tasks for $0 and move on to another game. Also if you buy your first purchase on some games it’ll give you cashback but 1 game didnt work for that for me. But everything else was generally completely fine. To the other reviews, im sorry all of that stuff happened to you guys. But everything worked fine generally for me. Maybe I just got lucky…

Add different games and more ways to make some decent profit

I’ve been using this app for around a year now and it is genuinely pretty good the only downside is the same games continuously pop up and clearly you can’t do them cause you’ve already done most of the promotions posted so new different games would be great I’ve been able to withdrawn a good total of £74 problem with that is the withdrawal limit is £70 and I’m not the type to hate but to reach that amount it took me 7 months which frankly I feel like withdraw limit should be reduced or make the challenges a little bit easier to complete as I’ve played a game before and was like complete level 20 then jumps straight to complete level 100 and the amount of adds you have to watch on the games to continue is just so time consuming or add more stuff like daily bonus gifts or mini games to help people earn a bit more also I’ve had a couple games that I’ve played for a week and for some reason it stops tracking and I’ve continued without realising which has happened a few times I’m missing around £20 which would be nice to receive for the inconvenience but overall this app is a good side hustle if you have the spare time to commit just hope someone actually reads this and makes a change

Love how easy it is to use.

Awesome

Pretty good yeah

Not as easy as it sounds

I wish you could cash out anytime you want to at any amount, especially if you don’t like the game you’re playing. It’s definitely not as easy as the app makes it out to be.

Time Waster, Interaction Farm, Biometric Farm, take your pick…

This is one of the many “money making” apps that’s blatantly preying on desperate low-income individuals, promising easy and high payouts for a few hours of your time.

In reality, the reasonably achievable goals in games (e.g. Reach Level 100, Reach Level 150, etc.) pay out a measly few cents per goal. Looking around at several other offers, it’s a lot of the same. After a day of farming a couple games, I’ve reached a whopping $1.20… which needless to say is a quantity that will definitely help pay the bills as the advertising seems to be implying.

As another reviewer theorized, it seems the app is largely meant to farm user interactions and boost the “popularity” of the mundane cookie cutter games it partners with to rocket them to the top charts.

Payouts can only be cashed out starting from $20, meaning you would have to put dozens of hours into these to make enough for a burger and fries to ease the pain of being naive enough to fall for one of these.

Oh yeah, and of course they “may” need your Face ID to pay out to PayPal… because that’s something that is definitely necessary for “security purposes”, and screams “we’re legit”.

I’m a fool for having thought this would be worth more than a quick glance and scoff, but here I am. Hoping this will help keep others from wasting their time. It’s sickening to see such predatory advertising and such hollow promises, even if people like me should know better than to trust someone claiming to give away free money. Wish I could give 0 stars and get my time back.

Review

I've had Testerup for about 6 months. It is great to get payed for testing games and other apps. So far, l've been quite pleased.
Each test has different levels to complete and those levels (or similar) are assigned a dollar amount. The total of completing all the steps, matches the earning potential found on the main/home tester up page. For each level you meet, you earn that allotted amount. Once you've finished that level, you've earned it and don't lose it if you don't complete the entire test in the proscribed time (30 days, 45 days, etc.) The individual test page keeps a running earnings total and you can leave the test early, if the test just doesn't appeal. So if the potential earnings is $80 for 10 checklist items, you might finish 2 and have a $10 running total. You can choose to leave the test early, but you'll keep that $10. My one complaint is that it is virtually impossible to complete all the tasks in the time allocated. Therefore, it is difficult to earn the full amount. I had an issue early on and reached out to customer service. They responded promptly and corrected my issue.
So, the CS is stellar. Testerup won't make you rich, but it's a side hustle that lets you earn playing games that you'd likely give a
