Brilliant Manager
We needed up going here my wife and I with 4 young boys for our anniversary instead of cheese cake factory. I'm glad we did from the moment we walked in he treated us like gold! So much that my wife said that was the sweetest man making sure we were comfortable and well taken care and I can't appreciate that enough! I would give 10 stars if I could and the food is restaurant quality better than chilies and apple B. Give the manager a raise or something because you're lucky to have someone like that who goes above and beyond!!

Mountain Home, Arkansas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently visited Slim Chickens that just opened in Mountain Home and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the mac & cheese, fries, and fried mushrooms complemented the meal perfectly. What truly stood out however, was the incredible staff. They were sweet and kind and making sure that every customer was well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor, and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Slim Chickens to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I also downloaded the app which made it really easy to look over the menu as well as they offered a free chicken sandwich for downloading the app. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good customer service
Hi they barely put cheese, bacon, on my loaded fries and the fries were lumpy and not cooked all the way, I don’t like to be a complainer, or a negative Nancy, so I usually let it go, but today Father’s Day Sunday, I went back and bought the fries back, the little lady at the window apparently saw my disappointment when I drove up to the window. She was so kind and sweet and caring… no snotty attitude, like some people young and old, she immediately thanked me for coming back and got me some more fries asap!!! Then she said don’t worry I watched her closely and made sure she did them right! Hopefully the cook will make the rest of the food as advertised on the menu and not 2 pieces of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese on the fries 🍟, the price is right but not if the food isn’t made right!!! Please give the girl on the drive through credit for being an awesome person and team worker!!! It was Sunday Father’s Day the 16th of June!!

Wonderful Experience
I had not eaten at Slim Chickens before this evening. I had received several negative reports from others. A few good review's. Today my son took me, for early Mother’s Day dinner. The restaurant was spotless, nicely furnished for fast food. The young lady at the counter, was pleasant, polite, helpful, professional appearance for restaurant work. There were probably 3 others at the counter, helping or taking orders. We placed our order, was given a table number to set on the table for staff to locate us to deliver our food. The beverage center, clean, stocked, I had Peach Tea, there was Raspberry and a couple of others. The tea was very good, I’m reluctant to get tea out as it is often sour due to poor cleaning habits. Not here! 😅Tables clean, everything clean, stocked. Within a few minutes, a young lady brought our food out, introduced herself, and informed us to let her know if we needed anything. We both had the tender meals (chick and Hungry something), tenders, a side, Texas toast and medium drink. My son bought a Strawberry Cheesecake dessert in the jar for me, we haven’t tried it yet. The food was very good, fresh, salad crisp green. I was NOT disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised. We will be going back! I was offered to go any where to have dinner. I suggested Slim Chickens as I’d not eaten there before, I’m glad we went. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My new favorite place to eat!!
Hands down, this is the friendliest place I have order food from. We have been there several times in the last few weeks and every time we go the food is amazing and never disappoints. The staff always checks on you after getting your food to be sure everything thing is correct and to your liking. If you are Chick-fil-A fan then try Slim Chickens and I’ll bet, like me it will be your new favorite place to eat.

Horrible service!
After placing an order at drive-through, a senior discount was requested. After paying and checking the receipt, it was discovered that no senior discount was given. When it was called to the attention of the employee, she didn’t know what to do so a manager was called. His response was “well what do you want me to do about it.”A request for him to issue a refund and then do the charge over was suggested but apparently that was too much work for him. He didn’t want to do it, but upon our insisting on it, he finally did it, but he wasn’t happy about it. Is this the way all the customers are being treated now? Or is it just us? If you’re not going to give a senior discount, then don’t offer one. Pretty simple I think. Very disappointed!

First of many future visit to slim chickens
Today was my first visit to slim chickens. I was very impressed. Was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable slim chicken employee who was a great help when ordering. Place our order, picked out a table and by the time I got back from getting my drink the food was at the table. Very hot. The restaurant was very clean. Employees cleaning up as people left. Also asking how our food is and if there was anything they could do to make our visit pleasant. I don’t frequent fast food restaurants very often but I will definitely be coming back soon. The selection of food, side and drink options are great. Five stars to all the employees.

1st time at a Slim Chickens. New restaurant in our town. Elizabethtown KY. Only been open a little over a week, was EXTREMELY BUSY. Used drive thru, took about 20 minutes. Had already reviewed the menu, knew exactly what I wanted, so ordering went quickly. Moved on up in line, and was greeted by a young gentleman Arie, he was outside taking payments, he was very friendly. Finally at the window food was ready, greeted by another friendly gentleman .
The food was well worth the wait. Everything was delicious, I had the 4 piece classic tenders, with gravy. Fabulous food, awesome people will definitely be returning soon and recommending to everyone. Thanks SLIM CHICKENS

New Sarasota, FL location
I visited Slim Chickens for the first time and at their new location that just opened in Sarasota, FL! I loved the grilled chicken tenders and the chicken wrap sandwich! The restaurant was of course very clean as it’s new. The order person was polite, service was fast, and the food was GREAT! I also noticed the manager walking about the dining area checking in with customers to inquire if they had any needs. He was very pleasant and professional! Can’t wait to stop in again soon and will have to try one of their delicious looking deserts!

Easy to use app
My kids like Slim Chickens, so we order pickup there every month or two. This app is clear and easy to use. I appreciate that you can reorder previous/favorite orders but also make edits to each individual meal if needed. Not having to go through the whole individual ordering process each time makes it a lot quicker. Also appreciate that the rewards system is simple, unlike a lot of other restaurants’ convoluted systems, and redeeming rewards dollars takes 1-2 clicks.
