First visit
Great food and service had a good time. The parking lot looked quite full and the store looked wrapped. I thought we needed to be ready to wait a while. We were waited on quickly, found an open booth, and then I thought were in for our wait. Wrong again. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. I and my husband totally recommend it and we will be back soon!

Opening Day in Collierville
For the first day of a new business coming to a new area can be chaotic. Slim Chickens Company had it all together. The whole experience we had was perfect. Great tasting chicken tenders with okra which I had and my husband ordered Buffalo chicken sandwich meal with okra which he said was fabulous. The okra was fried perfect and hot. The sweet tea just right. The vanilla shake was the best I have had in a while. I ordered gravy as my sauce and it was awesome. I am looking to future visits.

The App doesn’t let you add anything on besides if it costs money
I like to save time with anything I do. I tried to order a Buffalo sandwich meal, but I couldn’t order it the way I wanted it. I can get it with no ranch Mayo, but I can’t add just regular ranch. I also can’t get extra items such as pickles, lettuce or fried onions, but I can pay for cheese. Due to this, I had to go through drive-thru and had to wait for my food. From the time I ordered to the time I received my food, it took about 18 to 20 minutes. I understand that preparation takes time, but if I could’ve ordered it they way I wanted to for pickup, then my food would’ve been ready when I arrived. Please adjust your app to make it easier to make adjustments to our orders!!!!!!

Improve this app experience...
I’ve been loving the chicken here and have used the app for rewards and only the rewards. The issue I keep having (and majority of users) is when I try ordering through the app for a sandwich, I HAVE to edit my sandwich in order to proceed.
It’s aggravating because: one, it’s fine the way it comes; two, it saves more time from waiting for the sandwiches to be made if I go there to order at the store. It is inconvenient and there are substitutes, but I prefer this to others.
This is the only thing I have experienced that hinders this app to be higher.

Will not come to this location again!
The employees are super unfriendly! I have absolutely no idea why I come here the location on 19th & University is a better location! It is literally 6:40pm on a Monday night & I had 4 8 wing orders & they literally told me they were out of wings! There’s a line of cars & it’s still 5 and a half hours before close & there’s no wings! The fact that I continue to come to this location is mind blowing it’s 2 minutes from my home however I will not visit this location again! Try new employees with better attitudes & willing to work!

Worthless App!!!
Figured out my order and placed then said I needed to sign in.🙄 So I used the Sign In with Apple and it doesn’t work. I get an error box that says Oops! Authentication Failed. So I deleted the sign in profile on iOS and tried again no luck. Even uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn’t work. I don’t want to create an account just to order food and things need to work. Test your software before submitting on App Store!! Hopefully your food is better than your app. Thanks for wasting much of my time.

Recent iOS app patch
I just wanted to say two things. First, of course the food is good and worth going back for. Second, the app in iOS used to be hideously slow. In the last month or so, it finally got a performance patch that makes it run so much faster and functional that it is night-and-day by comparison. If you like ordering by app for drive-thru, get the app now!

App needs some work
First, if I’m ordering a sandwich, I should be able to remove any and all ingredients on the sandwich. That’s not currently an option. Second, I’ve been using this for curbside pickup for a while and it was great but once things started opening up more, I sat outside for about 20 minutes in the designated spot but no one came out. I had to call to have them come out. For the pick up option, there should be options for curbside pick up or pick up at the counter.

Soooo slowwww
This app used to be great. Quick and easy to order but now it’s ridiculously slow. It takes so long to make any selection that it’s not worth using. I can’t even view my rewards in less than 5 minutes. The receipt scanner for rewards used to be super fast in almost any light conditions. Now in bright light it almost never works. I don’t know what happened, but the changes have made the app progressively worse over the past year. Please fix or just roll back to a previous version so that it works again!

Amazing!!
I want to extend a special thank you to Brian who took my phone order for a curb side pick up! He was extremely nice, repeated my order, and had a great personality! His phone etiquette was on point and he was also the one who brought out our food. He was very personable and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. Seems simple, but it meant a lot!
