The app needs to fix some problems.
Can’t finish my first setup. Frustrating!Machuchin
D link ac 2000
I was asked for a review prior to completing installation. At this stage, I am unable to complete the installation as the program only enables me to join the D-Link in a mesh network. Despite the number of times that I have tried to simply extend my existing network it simply reverts back to wanting to create the D-Link as a Wi-Fi in itself. Frustrating! Not done yet. Speed test literally doesn’t work. WiFi reset is just a pointless 60sec timer instead of an actual reset. Multiple sidebar and settings options lead to the same menus. Like it functions but it’s badly designed and downright broken in parts. Not to mention the router itself is very poor.gvfhvvgh
Mixed feelings
Ive had to move it every few days to find the ideal spot. Sometimes i have 2 bars instead of 3. Seems its soemwhat inconsistent in keeping strength and extensiononceinlifetime

Change weak security router settings to WPA2(SES or WPA3
Poor technical support. Hard to find the DLINK website. Then it sends you round in circles. The DLINK wifi indicator says it’s on and the internet works via DLink but their app says I’m out of range and asks me to connect to Dlink.
Would be nice to talk to someone to fix the issue quickly. Just wasted or hour or more trying to access how to change the router settings on Dlink.
The internet trouble shooting for this query has been very time consuming. Still not fixed.Show lessMcLaren Vale
