Never works when I actually need it…
Any time I really NEED this app. Like trying to show test results to a specialist that is not in st lukes today, the my chart feature wont load. I could load the app. I could get into the home screen. But every time I clicked on my chart it would tell me to try again later. Super frustrating especially since the specialist had been trying to mo avail to get my test results for days before the appointment. Pretty much was a wasted appointment.

Rip off!!!
I just did a visit to ask if i could be prescribed antidepressants. I think this should be considered somewhat urgent. They have all my info and background because my family doc that ive been going to for like 30 yrs is part of St. Lukes. But this Dr. That i just talked to said she could not prescribe them and that I needed my primary care physician to do it. I was just charged $50 for her to tell me that!!! The only reason i used this app today is because last time i needed to get in and see my normal dr……it was a month long wait!!!! Unacceptable and apparently so is this app. Ill never use it again!!!

Needs improvement
It’s great for receiving your test results fast. But that’s it, it’s hard to navigate. I can’t set up an appointment through the app , my actual doctor I see doesn’t even come up in my chart, it’s all my old information, even for my child linked to my account, her old doctor is there and I can’t get access her new doctor in there. I can’t message my doctor or anything they tell me I’m able to do, that they tell me I can do at the office.
For one of americas most popular hospitals, more care should be put into the development of this app.

Not working
Been trying to get my results from a test but the site is not working. Tried the app and online but neither one is working.
Kind of bad
The app crashes constantly. Every time I’ve tried to use it to schedule an appointment online, it says whatever doctor I’m trying to see has no appointments available ever, no matter what doctor it is, which of course isn’t true because I always end up just calling the doctor’s office and being able to schedule appointment over phone call. I don’t mind calling but I would like for this function to be actually functional since it’s something the app offers and it would be easier to schedule an appointment online instead of verbally.

Could be useful
I had an incident where I needed to go to an urgent care to have my eyes looked at. I got no discharge instructions and was told everything could be found on my St. Lukes chart. While the practitioner did a great job of explaining everything to me here I am with a bad eye trying to figure out how to create an account for St. Lukes. Once the account was created it tells me my accounts going to be locked for using the wrong password too many times. while the idea of having your information readily available could be useful I found it more frustrating trying to make another account. I can only imagine the difficulties the elderly who are not tech savvy would have trying to figure out technology to access their information.

Nice… if it works
App is super convenient if you can even use it. Since I downloaded it, I’ve had trouble logging in each time - generic error message saying “something went wrong, please try again after some time”. Usually closing the app and relaunching would allow me to log in but since the last update I get that message every single time. Will delete the app if it isn’t fixed soon. There’s just no point in it wasting space on my phone.

Was useful now not so much
I’ve used the app for a while now and all of a sudden the integration with Apple Heath is unusable and broken
I made the mistake of calling SLHN tech support who knew little or nothing about technology or that Apple had a health app
Fix the integration so that records can be easily managed and combined with other providers and data

The worst!
This is the worst app! It’s not user friendly at all. Trying to navigate to find things is difficult. Logic would make you think that your visit summary would be listed under health summary, nope. I’m trying to change my emergency, can’t find it. Very frustrating.
