Super glitchy
I can never get things like Past Appointment notes to come up, have the conte t displays in a terrible web view that’s way smaller than the actual app. Please fix this stuff, the app is barely usable on a good day.
Nice App
Very glitchy. Won’t accept my login info. Won’t let me make a new account. I tried using St. Luke’s helpline and what they told me to do, a hard reset of my iPad wiped out most of my settings two days ago. I’m still trying to get all of them reset.
Needs a complete makeover.
Difficult to navigate, find who to contact, and the app crashes constantly. By far the most un-user friendly app I have had to download.
Does not work for setting up appointments
Every time I go to set up an appointment with my doctor it comes back with an error. I have tried multiple times for different days. Even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but still having the same issue.
Logging in for messages.
Been waiting for several hours to get a call back. My log in won’t take because of security reasons. Very frustrating.

Long time to download
Taking an usually time to download.

Initially good but glitches have locked me out of my account. Needs a lot of work.
Ever hear of “user friendly”?
Apparently not.
After a time, I’m logged out.
I get that - I would want that. Fine so far.
But when I next open the app, it tells me I’m logged out. And I then have to dismiss that screen. Delay, delay. Two delays. Why?
Worse, I have to tap an additional time to even bring up the fingerprint prompt. Another delay. Why?
Every bank app I have, restarted after being logged out, simply immediately brings up the fingerprint prompt.
Gee, three delays — avoided.
Like, you know, user friendly…
Suggestion - hire a skilled coder. There are plenty around.
