Useless functionality
I downloaded this app to quickly pay for my parking spot using a mobile payment (apple pay) but this app offers the same functionality as the webpage and you need to still pass your credit card details(which I don't have with me and it's not safe to pass it - that's why we have apple pay). There's no point of downloading the app as you can do the same thing via better looking webpage.

My husband recently had his license plate stolen clean off his car when he got off work! The past few days have been super stressful, having to drive him to work all week and then going to the DMV today to get new plates and registration. So, when it came to updating our new license plate to the Reliant App, I wasn’t looking forward to it. I was getting anxious when I could not find where we could modify the plate information. Thankfully, the customer service was top-notch!!! Ray was super friendly, empathic to our situation, and made us feel like he cared about helping us! He not only updated our profile, but he made the experience seamless and joyful! Thanks again, Ray, for assisting us and being such a great guy!

This has been the parking company for my building, despite 3 changes of management companies. I can only assume it is due to the same 5-star customer service they provide to the individual residents. My family lives a county away from me, and every time they visit is a smooth process giving them a guest parking pass. I have all good things to say about Reliant Parking Services, and would recommend them to any building.

Easy app to use
The app is convenient to use for inputting information and submitting it to receive a permit in the mail. Obtaining guest permits are easy to fill out and print. Never had any issues with navigating through the app. Overall, I appreciate the simple interface and instructions to not only get a new permit, but renew each year as well.

Micro transactions and rarely works.
This app and program is a scam on a whole new level, first the housing association/ apartment complex pays to use the software and have it’s parking lot enforced, next the renter normally pays the landlord for parking spots, then they charge the renter to apply for new permits every year/ for every temporary permit/ if they mess up the permit/ if you change your vehicle or just because they want to. It’s not cheap either 25$ per permit issued. They want to have your vehicle registration for the permit, you upload the registration ( which I feel they don’t even need) and they deny it because they don’t want to read. They spam your email with messages to renew your permits if they are about to expire but you have to go the managers of the app to allow you access to even renew them. This app/ program is trash and I will never rent from a company using this system again. They apply fees left and right for whatever they feel like and if you don’t pay their demands they tow your car, I only wish for the owner of this app and the employees who run it to have their own vehicles towed and then to go bankrupt. If the review system would allow me to use profanity and be more descriptive of my anger I truly would.

Very convenient and great customer service!
This app is super helpful to get guest permits for my apartment building within seconds. When I changed vehicles a couple months ago and needed a new sticker I could call the number provided in the app and was helped quickly. Only a few days later my new permit was in the mail.
Convenient and Easy to Use
I use this app at my complex and it’s so nice having everything in one place. If I ever have guests, I just punch in their information and it creates a guest pass. It also keeps your guests history so you can get new pass’ for them in the future. The layout is very straight forward. No complaints at all!

Easy To Use
This app for Reliant Parking is reliable and easy to use. I have never had any problems or glitches. When I have needed a temporary permit I had no problems getting one generated and printed out. Fee’s are cheap compared to what you could possibly be paying. The app and Reliant Parking have never let me down. I will continue to use the app and can only hope if I have to move in the future that Reliant will be available there. Thank you!

Easy to use and gets done what I need
App is fairly easy to use and is helpful in getting done what I need to. I have found that there are some features that you need to go to the website to use which takes away from the ease of access in the app. The app has the option to contact Reliant via email. On the website, there is a chat function which I have found helps me get things done way faster than sending an email. It would be helpful for the app to give ways to contact Reliant faster than just email. Overall happy with the app and how easy it has been to print out guest permits.

Gets used because you have no choice
App is not user friendly. Want to use an Amex card? Well that’s not possible, which I understand, but there is no card acceptance logo on the app. Seems like the bare minimum these days.
Who knows what protections they take to process your cards and store them. The visual layout does not give you a sense of confidence you’re giving information to a reputable company.
Saving vehicles for visitors seems easy, but so difficult to find on the next visit and apply, it’s easiest to manually add it back in each time.
If my property manager allowed me to use any other application, would do so in a heartbeat.
