Overpriced

Little trips cost $12-15 one way, do yourself a favour and buy an used bike instead and roll around in all the money you’ll save. Plus you’ll have more fun and look less silly

Dont trust the rate!!

The rate mentioned looks grear with a simple calculation but the fact is they charge you almost 4 times of that , by so many excuses !!!
For a group ride of 4 for 30 min we paid 127 !!!
And fantastic thing is one of the scooter battery died during the ride , for that one they charged us extra !!!! And for them everything looks alright,

Terrible Customer Support

The app has no way to contact anyone at the company when issues arise on the road.

My ride simply stopped functioning and i nearly fainted from having to manually push my scooter around.

They tried to charge me to bring the scooter to a park location while it stopped functioning, which would’ve meant a possible 2-3 km. Walk while pushing the scooter

Broken scooter, couldn't end ride as was outside parking area, charged a fortune, no in app support

On the way to my car I decided to hop on a scooter to save time at 2am walking. Got the scooter through the app, no problem, only to realise the scooter didn't work. Okay, it happens, no problem. Tried to park it and report it broken but I couldn't park it cause I was not at a parking spot.

Amazing. I couldn't take the scooter to a parking spot as it didn't work and I couldn't end the ride either. There is no in app support, so no one to talk to. I had to basically leave the scooter and it kept charging me. After a significant amount of money I could block the payment on my card, and because of that the ride finally ended. Such poor service. Never again.

Very Poor (save $ don’t download)

Very poor customer support and seems like a scam. They charge extra money and even don’t refund it.

Unfair app

Purchased a ride pass for 2 rides 30 minutes each. The app was misleadingly said that I am being charged, so I stopped the ride after 5 minutes. Second ride: the scooter was not operating - noisy and slow. Useless pass. Then, I tried a promo for 20 rides 5 minutes each: pretty much 50% of the vehicles are garbage: some won’t start at all, some are noisy and slow. Very disappointing. Consider other options if available

Extremely expensive rip off

I would recommend using any other scooter besides Bird. Unfortunately they are a huge rip off and charge $65 for two scooters for an hour of use. Absolutely ludacris pricing.

None response everything

I noticed a bird scooter near where I catch the bus. I downloaded the app, signed up, did the dance and the scooter’s throttle was defective. The scooter started its ride in a no-parking zone, but would not let me end the ride. I went through the steps with the chat bot with no success. It told me that it would pass my information along to a person but then fell silent. I walked away from the scooter and was charged for the time it took before I could delete the app. Worst experience.
