  • The app is okay

    This is a pretty good app, but even though I registered the shaver for the extended warranty using the photo card in the box, the app keeps bugging me to register. And then when I try, it guesses the model wrong (7940 instead of the 7783 I have), even though the app knows it’s a 7783. Doing a search, it can’t find the 7783.

    The app works pretty good, it just needs some work.

  • An intrusive app

    Very annoying. Continually tells me to register my product. I registered it weeks ago. After a couple of weeks it would only go to a page that demanded that I sign up with a 9 character password and agree to receive crap from Phillips and let them use my data.

  • Account required to change razor settings

    This is absurd and insulting to customers.
  • Broken app

    Went to use app received a message saying that this phone appears to be jailbroken and that I can use app. I bought phone straight from the apple store and I have never jail broke my phone. All other app including Phillips other grooming apps work fine

  • Account details issues

    The latest update has now lost all account and shaver registration details...its as if the app has completely reset itself for no reason.

    Fortunately been able to log back into my account to keep shaving history, but shaver registration details for the extend warranty have disappeared, and keeps asking me to register my shaver every time I open the app.

    Also the app still thinks the cleaning cycle is a guided shave 😡

  • Good App but lousy instructions

    I was lucky enough to receive a Phillips 7000 shaver for a birthday present. Was very keen to load the App and try out the settings. However the shaver instructions and the App don’t explain how to Bluetooth connect the shaver to your phone. So after a lot of frustrating attempts I finally got help from the Shaver Shop in Rockingham West Australia. Turns out that you need to complete the shave survey first and then the App will connect to your shaver with a step by step process. Phillips really need to explain this better. App works great now.
