Update ::Bluetooth issues
After a recent IOS update the issue seems to have resolved itself so far the shaver has reconnected to Bluetooth and the app by itself

After a decade with Panasonic
Bluetooth, what for? If they’d spent $2 making the cleaning stand into a charging dock that would help too. Plugging in/out after each session is fiddle.
First shave feels pretty good, but I doubt it will last a decade.
The shave motor feels ‘weak’, and the cleaning stand is prone to tipping over without any help.
Not a great first impression.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience with your Series 7000 shaver and the GroomTribe app. How strange that the two will no longer connect after you've downloaded the newest app update. Of course, we want you to be able to use your device and the app to the fullest. We kindly recommend you to try the following. -press and hold the shaver power button for 10-12 seconds. -in the phone Settings - General - Bluetooth - Select the shaver device and press "forget device". -completely close and restart the app and try to pair again. Please try the following: press and hold the shaver power button for 10-12 seconds. In the phone Settings - General - Bluetooth - Select the shaver device and press "forget device". App at the moment is useless to me.

Jailbroken Notification

Hi there, thank you for reviewing the GroomTribe app. What a pity that you're unable to use the app due to a jailbreak notification. This is due to security reasons to guarantee a safe and good App experience. We @Philips are bound to follow mandatory iOS security rules. To go back to original state (and not receive this jailbreak message), you could try to do a factory reset on your iPhone (however this might have a big impact!) or go to see a mobile phone specialist to understand the root cause.
