  • Used to work

    This app worked with my 7960 for over a year but since the last update it refuses to connect to the shaver. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and done all the other spells suggested to no avail. So at present it is of no use. Before that the only useful thing the app gave was the battery level so it’s not a great loss. I’ll be deleting it.

Of course, we want you to be able to use your device and the app to the fullest. We kindly recommend you to try the following. -press and hold the shaver power button for 10-12 seconds. -in the phone Settings - General - Bluetooth - Select the shaver device and press "forget device". -completely close and restart the app and try to pair again.   • Overloaded and not working properly

    The application is overloaded with blocks of useless information and promotions. Most importantly, connection to the device worked only once and I could never connect to my shaver ever again.

  • Content blocker- app doesn’t work

    Can’t log in. Turn off content blocker, receive new email confirmation code. Sign back into app, turn off content blocker again, get NEW confirmation code. Goes in a circle from here.

    App at the moment is useless to me.

    Hopefully the shaver is better.
  • Can't find my model #

    Product registration page can't find my Shaver 7700. How do I know if I got the extended warranty for the actual product I bought? Not sure how this app is going to help but I downloaded just for the warranty.

  • Poor Bluetooth connectivity

    App connects initially but then the shaver won’t ever reconnect. Have to keep removing and re-adding which defeats the purpose. Iphone12 pro with latest iOS software so should be zero issues. Fix it and I will use again

  • Jailbroken Notification

    This app was working fine but all of a sudden it says my phone is jailbroken and will not work. My phone is not jailbroken so I’m not sure what happened with the app. Pretty frustrating.

This is due to security reasons to guarantee a safe and good App experience. We @Philips are bound to follow mandatory iOS security rules. To go back to original state (and not receive this jailbreak message), you could try to do a factory reset on your iPhone (however this might have a big impact!) or go to see a mobile phone specialist to understand the root cause.   • Not Able To Try On Different Beards

    I’ve given this app access to my camera and tested my camera out to make sure that it is working and yet whenever I try on a beard, it’s just a black screen. The other features on this app are nice which is why i’ve given it 3 stars but i’m extremely disappointed that I cannot try on other beards.

    It ALWAYS says shave smaller circles and I can never get it to do it properly. It always says I am shaving wrong which makes me upset and feel like I’m stupid.


    It would be good but it can’t sense proper movement. It will never go green and say I do it right. The shaver works fine, so I don’t need the app but I really did try to give it a chance.

  • Unable to use app

    I just bought a Philips Norelco shaver 7100 and tried to use this app with it but I’m unable to use it as its saying my phone is jailbroken, but it’s not.
