Works but needs some improvements
The app works decently well but it definitely needs improvement there are some times where the app doesn’t work and will just keep “loading” forever.
Another issue I have in under inbox there’s no option to select all messages and mark them as read it is so some consuming because it takes about a minute for a message to load than another minute or two for the inbox to load again
The speed on the app is a major problem like with issue of no read all and select all. The app moves so slow it needs some improvement to make the app load and run way faster as it is slow as molasses to put it nicely
The last issue would be the app considering Normal Punctuation as “emoji’s”. Examples are (‘ “ and many more) emojis should be allowed and allowing photos/videos be sent with messages would be a great improvement as well especially for issues the doctor may need to see your problem and a photo or video can help them see the issue if like it’s a skin rash or something
Other than those issues the app works flawlessly please though give the app a major overhaul it’s 2024 these issues shouldn’t even be issues or
suggestions . I do hope that some if not all the above issues/suggestions get fixed or added
Thank YouShow lessConvenient But Slooooow
I just started using the app and though it’s hella convenient and uncomplicated to use, it is also extremely slow. So I took off one star for that. The other star disappeared when I realized that NONE of my medical history (which was recited to the nursing assistant and doctor as well, AND written down on several forms) was added to the app. It was pretty much bare except for the first round of lab results. I wasn’t impressed to say the least. I really do hope the app is improved. We need more apps like this one to complement the busy lives we lead.Show lessGreat app, some updates needed
This is a great app to see all your health records and communicate with your doctor! However, it is strange that an apostrophe is called an “emoji” and you aren’t allowed to use any apostrophes (emojis) in your messages, which means that you can’t use contractions (like “can’t”) properly (you’d have to write “cant”). It seems the app is still being developed, but that is definitely something small the developers should correct.Show lessIt doesn’t do anything
It doesn’t let you ask for a refill or email a message to your provider . All the images on the app are all misinformation.Anne Chimelis
