  • Time for apt was off

    The time for my apt was off an hour? Very concerned about this because I drive over an hour for my apt and it not only puts me out it puts my dr out. My apt was suppose to be at 9 yet it said 10

  • Time issues

    Appointment time is set to Eastern Standard Time and the office I go to is in CA. If I have an appointment scheduled with my physician for 2pm, it shows up on my schedule as 5pm. It also shows it as a CONFIRMED appointment after the office calls with a reminder. Hopefully this can be fixed to make it clearer for patients and the physician’s office.

  • Horrible - Error - Cant load medical lab reports

    This app has a big problem right now. I signed in from 6-7 PM EST and when I go to “Medical > lab reports” i get an error that says “oops failed to load data”. I get the same error when i go to “medication or vaccination”. The app is failing to load my data.

    It appears to be that the app fails to load data when the data is loaded after business hours. But if thats the case, whats the point of having this app if it cant load my medical records when u need them?

  • Video chat doesn’t work

    Doctor keeps calling me but green button doesn’t do anything. Broken app with too many steps to sign up. Insanely frustrating when it takes 20 mins to sign up but a doctors visit is only 15 mins!

    There is no option to delete your account which may lead to hackers taking personal information about you!!!!

  • Bad time

    Hi, I downloaded this application three time
    And stil having problem with it, for once when I click open start flashing and flashing sometime I’m not in the mood for it so I leave the app, but for me to communicate with my doctor is the worst, have a doctor that I never heard before and it just don’t go through to my doctor, I told my doctor he don’t know why this application is acting up, please fix it.
