  • Vaccine appointment!

    Wow, the COVID vaccine is HERE!!! It has been very difficult for some family members and friends to search the websites and book appointments for vaccination. Now the app comes with this life-saving feature. I cannot wait for more places are opening up for more people. Good job!

  • Confused by the second

    I’m always checking on my health since apps were invented to communicate with your drs. But at times I feel like I’m talking to myself. I send messages and not sure if my drs is receiving them cause I never get a reply. Medicine refill request I’ve yet to hear anything! Could it be that the dr didn’t get my notifications for new messages? App is complicated

  • Worst app

    If you are going to provide a health care app, make it usable for both the patient and Doctor. Follow the “follow my health” app.

    If I need a prescription refilled, I just send a request via the app and it’s done. If I wanted to send the doctor a message it’s done via the app.

    Why can’t you do the same??

    While I check the document folder, did not see the document for some reason.

  • Not good

    I hate that the patient records are only available via phone / tablet. This is not practical because, most often, these patient records will need to be forwarded to other providers. Since the UX in this app is not the best, it’s actually easier to just call the medical office and have them email me the patient records.

  • No way to connect on a laptop?!!

    It’s really inconvenient that I am stuck to using only a phone for access! Extremely short sighted and not user friendly!

    System says I have 33 messages. Go to inbox says ooppps sorry no messages.
    It’s like looking for someone who works at Wal-Mart to ask questions.
    Maybe it’s only as good as who inputs the info.
