Security of data?
The App Store says this app developer has access to content of the app. Does this mean the developer can read all the details of your cards?
If you back up the app, the back up is stored encrypted on their servers - can they decrypt and read your info?
The app is very basic - no ability to add different folders eg store cards, loyalty cards, membership cards.
It does not back up to iCloud meaning you need to upload all your cards individually to each iPhone or iPad you ownShow lessPete5819zan

Hey Pete. We do not have any access to any of the information that is stored within the app. All information is totally encrypted within the device and doesnt live on a server anywhere. I recently got the folio app. I love the concept of the app and I managed to get my US passport registered flawlessly. I do have one issue with adding the US Passport Card. When scanning the back, I get an error indicating that it is from another country. I would love for support for the US Passport Card to be added.Show lessPetrupaz
Unable to verify documents
Installed this app hoping it would be easier to use than other similar apps. Loads cards easy but trying to verify documents with the selfie taker is impossible. Asked for help with this matter but to no avail. Bye bye folio. 😠oomp52

Great app auto picture needs work but other than that it’s a great app to use
No I mean when you try to line the camera to take the picture of the card, it doesn’t always work and it takes numerous tries.Brennie56
Impressive - one of the best
I really am impressed. The image quality is not left to chance, they ensure the image is as good as it can be. Make sure you have plenty of light.
When you look at a card it gives a full screen image. If they can't scan that it's their problem, not the app.
My only beef - and it cost you a star - is there's a real need to be able to define your own categories. My "membership" category overflows because there are so many that's the only appropriate category. Categories are needed to make it easier to find what you're looking for.
For example most folks would find an insurance card category useful since there's quite a few of those of you have good coverage.
Then "National ID" is so limited it didn't need it's own category. How about a generic ID? I have several of those that are valid for identification.
Other than that one thing the devs did an outstanding job - and I'm a Dev so I'm qualified to say so. ;)Show lessBubbaJonBoy
So handy
Love this app. It’s convenient for my lifestyle and is so user friendly too. Literally saves time searching drawers, emails etc and can literally be safely accessed within seconds!Tommybush
Stored pics of cards too small
I just got this app hoping to use it to store my health insurance card, Rx card etc. The pictures are stored fine but accessing the info from app is impossible. I cannot enlarge the card within the app to read the numbers. I could send a pic of the card through this app via email or text. Too much hassle. Why can’t the cards be displayed in actually size instead of thumbnail size?Show lessdeseely
No notification received
Haven’t been able to use the app for the past week or so. Try’s to continuously load but doesn’t open. No notification to update app received. Have phone set to automatically update all apps but this seems like it didn’t happened. I won’t use app again because of the length of time to save all my cards on the app and now it looks like they have ‘disappeared’.
