Possible Improvement?
This is a fantastic app, so easy to create and organise a variety of card & document types and, incredibly, free! However there is just one way to make it perfect and that is to include a ‘Business’ card directory or to allow the user to create their own specialist’ directories. But thanks anyway.fredgb46
All my information was hacked!
Watch out for this app. I placed credit card information within this app and within two days all of my cards had fraudulent charges on them.
After straightening this out with the five banks and being reissued new credit cards and numbers, I once again entered the cards into this app. In fact, to be safe I made sure and locked the new cards away into a safe and did not write down any of the card information or place the information on any computer or other online device. The only place the new card information was placed was in this app.
Within two days of placing the new cards in the app, all five were hacked again with fraudulent charges. I have had to go through the process, once agai, with my banks to get rid of the charges and receive new cards.
I contacted this apps support center and outlined the entire issue, but have not heard anything back from them.
My real concern is that I placed other confidential information in the app and I am wondering if that information has now been hacked. I have deleted everything from this app.Show lessHelp-Categories

Not Loading!
Folio app is not loading! I erased the old app, lost all my cards, downloaded the Folio app again today, added new cards, closed the app tried to open it again, and it is still not loading. Forget it. Store all your ids in the FILES app instead.anonicranky

On iOS 17.5.1 and the app has been great until yesterday's update - now the opening screen has your animated icon and nothing else, just hangs. I've tried leaving it on for an extended period and have rebooted the phone all with no improvement and when trying to email you contact, the message bounces as not being valid. Hopefully this is a quick fix and not an indication that there are bigger issues. Prior to this update, 5 Stars but if not fixed 1.Show lessInfoman206

I’ve used the app for sometime and found it incredibly useful. Now it’s stopped working, hangs on the opening page with the blue image just rotating. Tried restarting and rebooting without success.Devonbob

The latest update fixes a problem where you needed to be connected to internet to access wallet, this is now fixed and the latest version of your wallet is now available even when offline (the way it should be). I’ve been using Folio wallet for a few years now, yes, I was concerned about security, however, I feel that documents are secure and no longer a concern.
As far as I see, this is a great wallet app, it synchs between all devices, you can securely share documents. I have no problem with giving the app 5 stars and also recommend to anyone looking for a useful e-wallet app..
