  • App crashes adding even one card

    Deleted and reinstalled app. Now it crashes when I try to add the first card. Amateurs!!

    Hello JEL7279525, We have experienced some occasional migration issues with some older app versions of the app. Please avoid deleting the app. If you’ve backed up your account, there’s hope for recovery: Update the App: Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed. Open Folio: Go to “Settings” and select “Restore from Backup”. Enter Old Account Details: Use the email and password connected to your previous Folio account. Please keep us updated if this solution resolves the issue for you.
  • Update

    Version two brought all my entries back in to Folio, but the photos that I took of all the cards or not there and can’t seem to load them. They just back-and-forth the kind of see like they’re trying to do something, but they’re not. If they don’t come in in the next week or so, I’m gonna get rid of the app. Update: well, they updated the app and said that the card photos would show up but they don’t so the app is worthless to me now and all of those cards that I took the time to enter into their software is gone.

    Update: they were able to retrieve the photos so I am back and running. I wish I could get this on my Mac, maybe in the future. 🤞

We have actively addressed the issue in the next upcoming update version 2.0.2. Rest assured, your documents and cards are not lost. Please avoid uninstalling the app and await for the next update.   • Save card data online

    I didn’t mean the developer accesses users card info. I meant if the online access is hijacked or online data is breach since all cards info is saved online….that will be a huge Disaster. Update: the developer says cards are accessible offline. This is not true as I have experienced difficulties to show my cards when signal is weak. It takes long time and even failed to load. I am using the last version on iPhone 15 pm I realize this app saves all your cards online, not in your phone. This causes some issues: 1. It’s difficult to show the cards when data signal is weak. 2. It’s a safety issue as all card information can be leaked in one time.

Our users privacy is the top priority for us. Our latest update has improved offline loading speeds. Ongoing improvements are continued to be made in upcoming updates. We suggest staying signed-in, if you are using your cards on the go, to avoid internet connectivity issues. Signing-in also ensures you have a back up of your cards, for access on any device. Please do provide detailed device information and scenarios regarding cards failing to load to support@id where we can further investigate and assist you.

  • Version 2 is still absolute rubbish. Look elsewhere.

    I just simply wanted to add a digital gift card and it can’t even do that. No ability to type in the barcode manually let along scanning it from a photo.

    Very poor thought of the end user use and process flow. Look elsewhere, there are better apps.

    I’ve downloaded this previously and was very disappointed in that offering. Was looking again recently and saw there was a version 2 and so thought to give it another go. It’s sadly still terrible and I utterly wasted my time.

    Hello Udohulk, Your feedback is important to us, as we continue to release new features. After adding your gift card, simply open the card, navigate to the edit menu in the top right, and manually input your barcode number or rescan using the camera.
  • Great app, after the fix

    Been using this app for years. On a recent update to a new version, I lost all the pictures of the cards and ID. Sent an email to support and they sent me a link that fixed the issue. Love always having my credit card and IDs secured on my cell, especially when I forget my wallet. Luckily hasn’t happened, but also some peace of mind to have all the details if my wallet is lost or stolen.

  • Used to be great

    This app was great. It’s still good but ever since the update all my cards are disorganized and it takes longer to load up.

To customise the card order, simply click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen, select "edit," and then hold and drag to reorder cards within the category. Regarding the slow loading speed, we are actively working to address this in upcoming updates. If you have additional suggestions, please share them with us.   • Software glitch - pictures vanished

    Upon updating the app, the photos vanished and were replaced with only text. I subsequently worked with customer support knowledgeable technical support who guided me through the steps to reactivate the app. The results were all photos were recovered plus the updates to the app. The process was made easy with clear instructions and prompt responses. I had earlier searched for a replacement app, but none come close to the ease of use and features of Folio.
