ATT app support
When will you be updating the app so AT&T customers can sign in and manage there account and make payments. This is really frustrating for me to have to keep waiting for an email reminder and then using that link to pay my bill. Also really frustrating that I have to chat with or call an agent if I want to make changes to my plan. Please please please update the app ASAP so AT&T customers can use it!!!!

Great but could be better
When I originally was looking for a new cellphone service, Verizon wanted to charge me $100 for 1 line. When I heard about Wing from The Basement Yard and Joe’s videos I looked into it. Now I’m only pay $50, which is great. On the other hand, the Sprint Service towers are not the greatest, and the customer service could use some work. Don’t get me wrong they are helpful but they could be a little more formal when texting you and introducing themselves in the initial text so you don’t think it’s some rando trying to steal your information (I had a bad experience with my card information being stolen right after switching, so now I’m extra cautious).
Just figured I’d add some constructive criticism there 🙃.
But over all I love the service and as much as my bf wants me to switch to AT&T, I won’t because I love the cheap phone bill and supporting this company.

Love it
I Love my Wing Cellphone service. I was paying 200 a month with Sprint and getting horrible customer service issues all the time with them. So I started looking into different options and I found Wing I actually found them a couple months ago but decided to wait and boy do I wish I did the switch to wing then. They made the switch over to them so easy and helped pay off my two iPhones and got my bill down to 80 dollars a month including my phone payments. The process was so easy and the service is the exact same if even better than what I had before. I will recommend Wing to all of my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys

Been with wing for over a year, just connected another line with them—outstanding customer service!! If your thinking about them—go for it you will not be disappointed!!!
Great customer service, terrible internet
Their customer service is amazing, you do get credit for unused data but unfortunately I’m going to have to switch to something else because they use sprint towers which has horrendous internet, pages take an eternity to load and never mind trying to watch a video!

I just cut the cord with V! It was costing me $170- $198 a month for 2 lines!!! Thanks to Wing for such an easy setup and switch over! My bill will be half now!

The wind beneath my wing
These guys are smooth as hell. I set up their mobile service within a chat window in Safari in about 10 minutes. Just a few texts the next day to tweak things and voila! No more Sprint.
Wing also set me up with Affirm for a no-interest installment plan to buy out the remainder of my contract. I never once had to wait on hold or talk on the phone to a bored CSR. Great job, Wing.

Read this before you switch!!
One thing that they don’t talk about while they’re trying to convince you to switch is that they use Sprint towers (whis is terrible!) internet disconnects during phone calls and quality is very low. Amazing!!
I went from paying $140 for a SINGLE line with Verizon to their 7 gb plan of around $66. I’m so astounded by the customer service and how prompt and nice they are. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend to a friend in a heart beat. Thank you, Wing!!!
The best customer service you will ever find
Before switching to Wing, I was with Verizon paying $99 a month for one line. One line. Are you kidding me? So I was thinking to myself, “Man I really need to find a better deal with a new phone service cuz I’m going broke over mediocre customer support and cell service.” I found out about Wing through YouTuber Joe Santagato (really funny by the way I highly recommend) and I felt like all my cell phone prayers had been answered. First of all, I didn’t have to do ANYTHING when they switched me over from Verizon. They handled all the dirty work. All I had to do was put their SIM card in my phone. Wing’s customer service CAN NOT be beat. No doubt. You talk to an ACTUAL PERSON within the first couple rings of calling them, and you can even text them! They text back faster than your crazy ex girlfriend. Everyone I’ve spoken to at Wing is super friendly. They took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know. It truly feels like they have your best interest in mind. They’re helping me save so much money and doing with a smile. I honestly couldn’t be happier.
