Saving moola!
Love how much money I’m saving! I’ve had wonderful cell service. My bill is the same every month, only thing is my caller Id doesn’t say my name when I call people not in their contacts. Not a deal breaker though by any means
One month in...
So far so good. I switched the entire family to this MVNO from PureTalkUSA and I must say... the deciding factor for our switch was for WI-FI calling, VoLTE, and HD Voice. Cell service is spotty in my town so Wi-Fi calling is a must at the home office. Calls are much clearer than regular 3G, 4G connections. The packages are a bit different than PureTalk and I do pay a little more a month than before as they do not give federal or teacher employee discounts.... but the additional features mentioned above made this switch a no brainer.

Holding my phone number hostage. SCAM
Check out the BBB website: F rating for Wing and I’m not surprised.
I’m leaving wing for many reasons, including them over charging my bank account numerous times then saying it’s my banks fault and there’s nothing they can do. My account was negative around -$400. Had to file a fraud claim with my bank to get the charges reversed, and it turns out it was their fault after all. Go figure. I’m finally leaving now and they will not release my number. I don’t know if the FCC has a law against this but I’ve been waiting several days for them to release it. They will not respond to my new carrier. DO NOT start service with Wing. They also use sprint towers, which has the worst service, so there’s that.

BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!!
Making the switch between Verizon and Wing was the best thing I could have done. I’m literally saving $150 each month and I got to keep my numbers and all three of my devices!!! It was so easy and simple to do. The agent Mikey was so helpful and patient with me. He walked me through the whole entire process. Not once did I feel like I was doing it all by myself. It’s great to know that you have such great support!!!! HAPPY TO BE APART OF THE WING FAMILY!!!!

Love Wing!
Love Wing! I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review. It's been roughly 6-7 months since I've switched. I switched two phones and we have the unlimited. I went from paying Verizon over $250, ATT before that paying close to $300, every month my bills kept going up yet nothing was changing. Now I'm with wing and never looking back. Even considering adding my daughter onto ours as well. The service is great. Customer service is good. The app is a great advantage added in paying the bill with ease. So far, I am very pleased. Keep up the good work. ♥️

This company is joke
I asked questions to see if a iPhone will work for Wing, the operator agent on Wing, said that iPhone will work perfect, when I put the chip in the phone and paused the the first months and found out all this company is a scam artist, I work hard for what money I make, I can’t even get a refund cause it’s policy, they aren’t allowed from

Agreed - Great. But could be better
I joined wing when Joe Santagato first started mentioning them in his videos. I was looking for a new, cheaper phone plan, and their only pay for the data you use mantra is what got me. I haven’t had any customer service issues, my only gripe is that we use Sprint’s towers which are shotty at best sometimes. And I can’t use the internet on my while I’m on the phone (google, GPS, etc.). Overall I love the price for the service, and I’m more than happy to support a smaller company standing up to the big guys.

So far so good
I switched to wing a couple of months ago. The service is great and customer service is too. The only issue is the app is supposed to tell me how much data I’ve used but it doesn’t. I wish there was a way to see how much I’ve used in real time so I know if I’m close to my limit.
Somewhat False Advertising
I switched a few months ago from Verizon. I was paying around $70 for 2 prepaid lines. I switched over solely based on their program that allows you to pay only for the data you use. Nothing more. (BTW, AT&T users DO NOT get to take advantage of this) It took longer than the 15 minutes advertised to switch over. The customer service though is amazing. Very nice people and they even check up on you to make sure things go well. The app was not made available to AT&T users until recently. I don’t like that I cannot see how much data I’ve used and how much I have left in the app. This needs to be address soon because that’s what you advertise on the main app page. I can’t see any data usage for either line on my plan.
