Bad service and port-out opposition.
From beginning to end inferior customer service and support. After a few weeks of poor service I contacted Wing Tel to port-out. Immediately, I was getting stonewalled and a refusal to cancel. These people turned into thugs by harassing me and disconnecting my calls so I could not get the necessary account number in which to cancel. While calling back multiple times they suspended my service due to an unpaid bill per email from Wing. I was paid up and owed nothing. One Wing Support Agent Aldo Feoli started cursing me with profanity.

Best Service
I live in a rural area and it is very hard to get a signal let alone service wing has not let me down I get great service everywhere I go on their customer service is awesome I would recommend going to anyone.
Bad customer service
Right off the bat the customer service is GARBAGE. Are not straightforward with switching. Beware they don’t provide refunds if you switch your plan. I was transferred multiple times between department because they didn’t know where to send me. Incompetent customer service!! Trouble getting on the app, spent my whole morning trying to fix it, and I just started service! Will end service with them as soon as possible!! Don’t recommend!!

This was too much so I heard of wing on facebook and Whao I can say everything was done thru chat but I love the feedback they answer you any time of the day really unless I was dreaming
Point is Iam saving now and have tmobile service crazy right I definitely recommend this service ❤️

The Worst: DON’T DO IT
I switched from AT&T to Wing, it’s by far the worst decision I did. The service is sub par, and the customer support is unhelpful. I purchased their “unlimited plan” just to find out it was capped at 50Gb. (which the kind sales person, decided not to tell me) Since I’m a iPhone user, that means I can no only send and receive IMessages due to no data. I also made the horrible mistake of paying in advance and now I’m going through the worst customer experience to get my refund. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone, turn away now.

My personal experience with wing has been solid. Nothing more , nothing less. They resell business plans from carriers. That’s why you have either a AT&T or T-mobile sim sent to you.
To all thinking of switching i would recommend ONLY IF YOUR PHONE IS PAID OFF. I would not switch if wing is saying they’ll pay your device from old carrier.
I WOULD NOT LEASE A DEVICE FROM WING. If you want a new phone it is best to purchase from the manufacturer instead of them. Plus the devices from the manufacturer are carrier unlocked.
Again i read the reviews some have left and it’s like you can’t possibly be that dumb. Again this is a great company if you have your device paid off already. If you think they’ll pay your old carrier and lease a new phone good luck.

Excellent phone carrier
Great value, excellent service. I’ve used straight talk, Tmobile, and all the big carriers directly. I am now on wing running on the att network and love the features and customer support. Free WiFi hotspot, spam call detection, unlimited everything, excellent customer support. Keep it up wing! - new customer and fan.

Wing has the best customer service I have ever experienced! Wing works really well for me and you can’t beat the price; I saved so much money by switching to them. I highly recommend!

I love Wing! I love how easy the app is and everything about the service. BUT, everyone I log in, there’s always a new update. Stop updating it so much. It just gets annoying tbh.
Absolute Best Phone Service!!
So I started off with Sprint as my carrier, which didn’t last too long thanks to their horrible speeds and coverage in my area. I switched to AT&T Prepaid, but there were certain features like hotspot that just weren’t included, making me feel like a second-rate customer. I was skeptical of Wing at first but the fact that it’s postpaid access at a prepaid price solidified my satisfaction with them. Highly recommended!
