Phone calls not working
My wife and I logged into the new UI and now both our phones can’t make outgoing calls or receive calls. They are both stuck on SOS.Phone call glitch
This update has created another problem
I assume this latest update fixed some invisible problems but as is typical for a bunch of developers inside a windowless room, it misses the target again. Smart phones today are highly configurable so we can choose what sound we want for our default notifications. This new update has locked that sound to a doorbell plus a door opening or closing. It’s so cute but it’s not what customers want to hear. I’ve spent a great deal of time this week telling people that I can’t fix this (again this is not what they want to hear). The response has been such that it looks like I might end up having to change some of these systems over to an alternate interface board. I can’t understand why tech companies can develop such a good product and then ruin it with a poorly conceived app. Why not just give the customer the ability to make the choice.Show lessRetiredEE
Quite a bit better UI now
Ok now that I can login again I can see things are improved quite a bit. Will take some time to get used to it.scottjal
CarPlay
I use your app regularly but am surprised it’s not CarPlay compatible. Would love to be able to enable/disable my alarm directly from my car, vs trying to do it from my phone while in the car.Citrix32

At the moment, only get their hardware only if you have Homebridge or HOOBSmobile23
Slow loading
New interface is great, but initial loading time when you tap on the app is horribly long before you get to the dashboard. Go enjoy a cup of coffee before you turn that alarm off. Once it has actually loaded and you have finished your coffee, the app is VERY responsive and quick to perform functions. Seems very petty to me. Who cares about UI aesthetics for a security product?
It is easy to use and I’m a retiree!
It arms and disarms your system, allows you to add users and edit contact ways, updates system status instantly, and many other options.
It DOES NOT CRASH. IT IS RELIABLE. Those are what people should rate a security product on if you ask me!
