I agree. But the app does work
I agree with the other reviews who stated that the app is outdated. The only issue that needs to be resolve immediately is that the orientation of the app screen when opened is wrong. When I open the app and my ipad is horizontal, the app needs to adjust automatically to compensate for my ipad being horizontal and not assume that it is vertical. Also there is no suitable icon on the main screen displaying the app credentials. Thanks. Hope to see some improvements soon.Show lessPrana1234
Great option
Honeywell wants you to pay for access to your own system. This is free and works great. I manage five municipal alarm systems all have Eyezon and are working great. I’m looking at the paid option next. Would be great if i could program too through this.Pw henderson
No refresh
App opens up with old data (IOS) and there is no refresh icon on main page.
No idea how it got 3.5 stars. A junior programmer could fix this in about 10 min. Why is this never fixed?

Best Upgrade
By purchasing the Eyez-On system I updated my 15 year old security system to the new millennium. Notifications come fast and I can tell movement in the house by looking at the activated stations in the app.Fraqu
Simple App, not user friendly
The app isn’t even an app, it just displays the web site inside the app.
Bit confusing to arm and disarm, and not very user friendly. Nobody else in the family knows how to use it.
Company needs to improve this software since Ring has the Retrofit and one other company is also in this market.Ehsian
