Garbage App
Was great at first. After awhile just stopped letting me log in. It’s like they never even bothered to try and fix it.
Cannot Login
I’ve called their support line multiple times and was told the issue would be escalated to their app team without resolution. No login issues with their website.
Comments are mostly the same here.
App team appears too far removed from support. Most likely poor devops interweave. I’d avoid and petition the company to drop the product team to reduce costs to the consumer at this point.

Wont let me log in says something is wrong on their end for 2 months now.
Can’t login
It won’t allow me to login in period it just keeps quint oops something went wrong on our end and it asks would you like to retry but it keep saying the same thing please help
Flaky
Used to work great but now it will randomly tell me “something went wrong our end” and not let me login. Has been that way for months now.
Never works
This app is CONSTANTLY CRASHING!!! I use it because it’s supposed to be easier then trying to go in the mobile sute but I can never stay on the app. Always crashing
