    I was wondering after reviewing my bill. my monthly usage compared to my budget billing amount doesn’t make sense to me. if my bill is $140 why am I paying a budget billing amount and I’m out of $293. I need someone to explain that to me because that never makes sense to me at all. what is the purpose of having vaginal billing if it’s not assisting you and getting to Bill paid.

    The app is very well designed and so easy to go where you want and get exactly what you need to know. Rarely I see apps and company website work so well and easy. 👍👍👍👍👍

    Like the app, but I’ve had issues with my bill being unavailable to for 2wks, and for some reason I was unable to pay with my checking account.

    How come I try to pay my past due bill of 3 days late you won’t let me but you will only except both months which I would be paying the next bill 27 days earlier I tried paying, on the phone and on your app this is big business ripping off the working man
  • App still buggy

    I had this app for yrs and I use to love it now I hate it because when I would log in to see my bill an error would display and say sorry bill can’t be retrieved it’s been going on for months I deleted the app and put it back today and guess what it still tell me my bill can’t be retrieved all this maintenance being done to the app is NOT WORKING it’s still bugging so the only way I can retrieve my bill is by calling 🙄

  • New update removed all useful functionality

    The new update removed the ability to view usage, compare electric/gas, and breakdown bills. With the new update the only thing supported is “is my power on” and viewing the current months total bill amount. I can’t even see how much of that was electric usage!

    As bad as the old app was at least it had some functionality!!!

  • Features unavailable

    The app used to be great but since early this year I have been unable to view and pay my bill on the app which is really annoying to have to go online to login when I used to be able to access everything on the app. I really do hope they fix this sometime soon!!

    I have never had any problems with your company! There are companies out there who want you to change ….but I just stick with you!
  • Most Convenient Way to Pay

    I previously had scheduled my BG&E Payments directly through my Bank Account and I always felt uncertainty about the synchronization of the eBilling and the Bank ePayment. No need for that concern anymore, I have been using the BG&E App to make my monthly payments on time using my credit card and it is a breeze..! and I get my reward points from my credit card too..!!

  • Really user friendly!

    I feel like an old person but I love this app! Big fan of the Lumi dashboard and the ability to see usage week to week and day to day! Almost had a heart attack when I thought they took that dashboard away. Great features! No complaints about the app.
