Shop Samsung

Consumers should have shopping applications from their favorite or one of their favorite brands. Samsung does that here and makes it easy for users to see what they offer from TV’s to appliances to smart home devices. The design is modernistic with a stylish clear background that is easy to view images off of and read text from. Users can quickly navigate from product category to product category. Each product item has detailed information of features, technological specifications along with high quality images. This application is well worth a download for anybody who is invested in their products or like me who is curious about the catalog.

App needs a better browser menu.

This rating is not about the products. But the app. It takes long to find the diverse products offered for 1 type.
I don’t like that they default as filter the 2019 products. Specially if you really looking into buying a search of specific products should be easy.
I like the products, I just really dislike this app.

Mobile not on the app.

I have to keep going to the web to shop because phone items don’t show up in this app. Not even in search. I go to web and to my cart, then the cart forces me to the app that I have to resign into. Sometimes the items are there other times I have try and start over in the app to no avail. Needs to be fixed . Almost didn’t upgrade to the note because it kept sending me in circles.

Amazing

I have loved Samsung for years, and now buying their products is easier than ever. I can buy them on the go, or at my house if I just want to pull out my phone and make a quick order. I really recommend this app! Thank you Samsung!

Hmmm

I gave the app 5 stars because it is easy to navigate and they have good discounts to go along with great products. However, I really believe because I’m using it on an Apple device they are keeping me from seeing the discounts on the phones. I can see everything else but no phones. Hmmm

Decent

Downloaded the app from my iPhone 7 a few days ago because I’m about to switch back to Samsung so I wanted to make sure I knew which phone I wanted. Used the app only a couple of times and from then on when I pull up the “shop” selection in the menu options, “phones” is no longer an option. It won’t let me look at phone selections at all. It worked just fine the first couple of times but now something has happened to the app and i no longer see a possible selection to view smart phones at all. Aside from that the app seems easy to navigate but if I can’t look at phones then I’m kind of screwed because Samsung is currently offering a $200 discount on any phone and I called my local Verizon and they said it would only be possible to get the discount by GOING THROUGH Samsung to buy the phone...kind of lame since I’m unable to do so....

Could be more user friendly

I would like to order a dishwasher with installation, but I am unable to locate this option. When I use the app provided information to call for help with my order, when I choose the right options I am given a recording and told to call during normal business hours - but this is 5:30 pm central time and the app states that order help is available by phone 9a-9p eastern - so this is well within normal business hours. When I intentionally chose help with phone and tv orders the rep immediately transferred me to a line that disconnected me again. I just want to make a purchase. It is unfortunate you’ve made it so difficult to use your app or online ordering service.

This app works like CRAP on my iPad 🤬

The developers need to realize being forced to use an app in vertical when you have the device in a horizontal case is beyond annoying. I tried to buy a Gear S3 frontier wearable and you can get all the way to buy now but the blue bar does NOTHING when you push it. The app is absolute garbage! Samsung how do you expect to sell anything to iPad users?
I have a Samsung phone and will be forced to use it or a computer to purchase from your company directly. Not sure about that.....just wondering why you did away with the larger screen Note model with the new 10 series? 🤔

P.S. I am David B......not anonymous pizza addict...not sure what wise crack pulled that witty name out of you know where?

Crashes every time I try to buy something

For an app designed to “buy” things this one does a poor job. It frequently crashes during normal item browsing but consistently crashes when doing The final “buy” operation. I keep hoping that with analytics the app team will see the crashes and will fix these but this app has been doing this for over a year. I’ve even replaced my phone and it’s still doing it so I don’t think it’s me.

Please fix this app. Two stars instead of one since it does mostly let me browse, I just have to buy on a pc with a browser. Sad.

Easy Peasy

I dropped my 43” OLED 4K TV over the weekend, and I was really bummed out. I decided to check out Samsung to see what deals were available for Black Friday. I upgraded to a 49” QLED 4K TV. Purchasing it was super easy, and it should arrive in a few days. I’m looking forward getting it. The majority of my products are made by Samsung, and I really like them.
I’m an actual customer, and I wasn’t paid for this review.
