Works a treat
Took a bit of fiddling to get it set up but it works great now. Wifi connectivity took a few goes but it got there in the end and now I love it. Would not expect it to work for a whole room but it’s great on my bedside tableglamdan

Garbage!
Your app is absolute garbage just like your garbage product. The cooler is giving me a cartridge error, and you guys are saying I need to update the firmware just in case. I downloaded the app and connected to it, but it can’t connect to my network.

App still can’t pair with my EvaSmart
Can’t pair with my EvaSmart. The app no longer crashes but instead just fails whenever I try to pair it with my device. I have tried from multiple different WiFi networks and even a hotspot on my iPhone.
My EvaSmart - only used for a few weeks - keeps stopping with a “Cart Err” error, the light turns red and then it stops working.
Have contacted support but their answer (after 3 weeks) is to update the firmware which I can’t do since the app won’t connect. Not happy right now.Show lessStukeyme
Google Home issues
Loving my Evapolar so much. This this is magically cold and the light colors are amazing. However, the integration with apps is a bit clunky. My device started giving me a Cartridge Err. message until I updated the firmware. That’s fine, but unclear because that was the wrong message to display for an update. Then after it was updated, the app was disconnected from the device as if it was reset to factory settings. So I had to reconnect my Evapolar back to the app.
Also another issue is with Google Home. When I give it the commands to turn on, off, and change colors, it works. However, my Google Home says ”Sorry, It looks like Evapolar SmartHome is unavailable right now.” Please fix this so that my Google Home can understand the commands. Having more commands would also be nice like “Lower/Raise the fan speed to 50%”Show lessSaxyBlueMagic
