  • Rent Redi has held my rental listing hostage!

    Last year this time I created a rental listing through Zillow. The process was extremely easy and user friendly. After finding a tenant I discovered Zillow also offers tenant screening and lease preparation. I used everything Zillow offered with no problems.

    I don't remember how I came to learn about RentRedi but it looked like a tool I could use for rent payment, repair request, ect. After a few months I decided the app wasn't for me. We had everything set in place the app was offering without incident.

    Fast forward to this year. Our current tenant is ready to move out. I hop on Zillow to re-list and I get an error message the I have to re-list through RentRedi. I don't even have a current account with them. I never listed with them to begin with. I never used one feature on the app.

    VERY long story short! The only way I was able to re-list through Zillow was to resubscribe to RentRedi. Why do they own rights to my listing?
    I also decided to give the site a try since I had to pay for it anyway. It's so hard to navigate. So many "features" but they don't even offer lease templates or generators.

    After a phone call and a few emails I still don't have an answer how to cancel my subscription and delete my data from their site. I don't want to use this program why can they dictate how I list my rental property? Seems wrong

  • Automates many of the tasks making my life easier

    This app has many helpful features such as built in screening for rental applicants. Once you get everything plugged in for your initial application, you can easily send that out to any applicant and have istant background and credit checks. It also allows the tennant to do automatic withdraws which gives me peace of mind. Also, the customer service extremely responsive. They've gotten back to me very quick each time I reach out. Even on holidays, which I didn't expect.

  • Easy to Use!

    This really is easy to use. I was able to invite the property manager so they have their own login. Linking my bank account was easy. And my renters did their application, background check, criminal check, income check, all of that on the site and it was great. It Helped us make the right decision for the renters and they pay it online through rent ready it’s fantastic. I also feel that the value you get is well worth the annual fee. And they make sure that the renters rent is going to clear the bank before they send the money to you which I especially love because then I don’t have to deal with that at the bank level. Very glad to have found this platform.

  • Easy Tenant Management, Great Customer Service

    As a new landlord, this app has been a huge help in managing my unit, organizing my paperwork, sending tenant notifications, and listing the unit. I ran into an issue and the customer support was very responsive, resolving my issue quickly without issue. Regarding bank transfer, it does take anywhere from 5-7 business days it seems like, so if you’re relying on tenant income to pay your mortgage on the first of the month, payment collection through this service may not be for you. For me, I like the ability to have automatic late fees and an automated tenant platform, which takes the emotion out of a business decision. Decent owner app. I find the online desktop website to be a bit easier to navigate as sometimes, hitting links in the app causes the app to crash.

  • Incredibly helpful tool

    I'm a newer landlord and RentRedi has been fantastic so far. It's particularly helpful with one tenant who has the unfortunate habit of paying in installments over the course of the month – I'm putting an end to that but RentRedi has been great to help keep track of that. Otherwise, it would have been even more of a headache. My tenants seem to really like it too, even one of my older, less tech-savvy tenants. I love that it has a place for tenants to submit NON-emergency requests so I don't get late night phone calls for things that can wait. And finally... their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Incredibly responsive and helpful every time I've had a question.

  • Easy Management and Great Customer Service

    This app has helped me easily manage all of my properties. From listing each unit, collecting applications, background checks to collecting rent each month! It does require a learning curve but the demo mode and tutorials are well organized and easily searchable.
    When an issue has come up, their customer service was top notch. They respond in the chat no matter the hour of day. They also follow up and confirm the issue was resolved by email the next day. I really appreciate the care in getting me the help I needed.

  • Great platform for landlords!

    I have been using RentRedi for about 2 years now across about 20 rental units and have been very pleased. The app makes it a breeze for tenants to pay rent electronically and for me to keep up on things from the convenience of my phone. Customer service has been great any time I ever had a question or wasn’t sure how to properly use a feature. I would absolutely recommend this platform to other landlords.

    I am a first time land lord and I did not want to just use Venmo, cashapp or have a check. This app was very easy to use, and the customer service is 5 stars! Even after hours I had someone available in 5 minutes. My favorite part is the online payment that makes it easy for the tenants and the ability to have it set automatically. I also like the fact that late fees are automatic as well so I don’t have to personally remind the tenant.
    I also love the fact that you can upload the lease on the app and have it there as well!

  • Great system for landlords

    I am a landlord of about 30 units. RentRedi is a great system for landlords looking to get organized before this I didn’t use any system. It is very user friendly and I see how rentredi continues to keep trying to improve. I do wish funds from RentRedi would clear faster. I also would wish they would have an option of a page that would show all funds pending deposit.

  • Amazing for small owners

    I currently work as a VP for a large management company. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years and have used multiple softwares.

    I found RentRedi when looking for a cost effective software for a small owner with only 21 units. This software has a learning curve but it takes no time to set it up. It’s extremely cost effective and removed the need for physical office on site saving the owner money by allowing me to manage remotely for them.
