  • Barely Functional

    The APP, and the website for that matter, have a loooonggg way to go. Bought 6 months of a trial and I’m on month 3. The app is super glitchy and laggy and inconsistent. I’ll view tenants and nothing shows up. I try to send a message and it doesn’t send. Really quite frustrating. They’re heavy on the up charge of maintenance request organization?? Not sure what that’s all about. My advise to the product manager… FOCUS and SIMPLIFY!
    There are really 3-4 functions that we really care about and need to work consistently.

    Desktop version works better but still lots of room for improvement. The organization structure is very illogical and difficult to navigate. Sometime you have to go in 3-4 levels deep to view a lease… the messaging function is also very poorly designed. I’ll stick it out for 3 more months but I won’t be sticking around after that unless major improvements are made.

  • Do not waste your money

    Too many fine print added fees.
    Tenants are having trouble with this app, they tell the landlord to tell the tenant to contact this confusing app.
    They hold payments.
    They only respond to chat certain hours.
    They do not answer the phone.
    Chatting is no way to do Buisness.
  • Look elsewhere, not intuitive, not user friendly and confusing

    I’m a power user, I know how to use the app but it’s a pain to me so I can only imagine for regular users

    The user interface is bad and laggy, hard to get to the right info, it’s disorganized. Being using it for almost a year now looking for a different solution, I’m done with it.

    Every time the tenants have issues to link their bank accounts they are told to delete app reinstall and no fix

    I can’t recommend it, they need to invest a lot of time in creating a proper app with newer tech

  • buggy and rarely updated

    just a jumbled up mess to use, critical features missing, data streams collapse. the whole rent reddi system (payments powered by plaid by the way) is garbage.

    For the love stay away from these awful people! They do not want to help. Just want to take any money they can. Racist company too !!!!
  • Absolute Garbage!!!! Time wasters!!

    Terrible app and so is the renter version.
    Awful support which has lead to hours and hours lost!! Time is money and I cannot emphasize enough. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS KINDERGARTEN SOFTWARE! shame on bigger pockets for affiliating with them as well
  • Does Not Work at All

    I only used the app for two days because of continuous issues. None of my tenants were able to apply, it would not allow me to send out tenant applications, etc. Upon asking for a refund, I was essentially laughed at as its only $15.

    The bottom line is it’s not about the cost, it’s about paying for something and getting nothing from it. I don’t need the $15 obviously. But not only did I get zero benefit, I also lost potential tenants and income.

    Use a better app like Zillow Manager or Innago, that will actually work.

  • Refund policy

    I tried the trial. Decided I didn’t like. RentRedi charged me for a year and will not give refunds. I explained that I didn’t even use the service. Just tested out the trial. No refunds.
  • NOT user friendly.

    This program is not user friendly at all. The only thing that worked seamlessly was communication with the staff. Every time you enter a new property/tenant/rent amount, you have to go back through the entire menu to find that page again to add another. It’s a pain to set up. After trying to get this app to work for me and several tenants, I decided it will not work for us. If your tenants aren’t amazing with technology, they will struggle. Not to mention the amount of unnecessary pop ups you’ll get while trying to set up each individual property. I paid for a year membership and they refuse to give any refund at all after using for less than a month.
    They are going to need to have some serious changes and updates to make this usable.
