  • First Rental

    So far so good. We used Rentredi to vet our 3 new tenants. They caught that one of the applicant’s ID was expired which held up the process a bit, but also proved their thoroughness. Customer service is prompt on app chat and when you call. I have had to input manual charges, but the app Q&A walked me through how to do it. Decided to split the unit up into 3 so they can each pay individually. Also set pet fee as a separate monthly charge to the specific individual they belong to. I took time to play around with the app prior to assigning the tenants to the property. Mistakes are easily corrected if you are patient. Very affordable for landlords. Fees can be passed on to applicants/tenants. I like that tenants can pay with a credit card. Hopefully it gives people less of an excuse not to pay their rent.

  • Great Customer Service

    It’s been super easy to set up tenants, e-sign leases, maintenance request, apply late fees and receive payment via app. Not having to wait for then to send via check or have to drive to rental to get payment is been awesome. I do not know how ppl manage properties before apps.
    The only complain is I wish once tenant processed rent payment they would draft it right away. Currently it takes 2-3 days to draft payment from their account then additional 2 days to receive payment in my bank. I don’t care about the time it takes to receive it to my bank, I want it out of their account as soon as they submit payment. It’s been times in past where tenants spend the money in the account and the charge doesn’t go through due to insufficient funds. Besides that it has been great managing my property through the app.

  • Great program

    We have loved using this program for our investment properties. It has been easy and user friendly on both the tenant and landlord side of things. The app makes it nice to check on things when I am away from my computer. I will continue to use and recommend this program to anyone that can use it!

  • Small landlord use

    This app has been helpful for keeping all of our properties in one location. Initially it took some getting used to with the background check I simply tell incoming renters which questions to answer because it asks way too much information. I have found that customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond to any question I or my tenants have about making the platform work. For a four property owner this has worked well to help with management.

  • Convenient!

    This app has simplified managing my properties. I no longer have to worry about reminding my tenants to pay I can easily set up multiple reminders, I no longer have to receive multiple zelle payments for higher rental amounts for daily limits, I can set up rental payments to go into different bank accounts, I can send my tenants notifications, they can request maintenance requests and to top it off when a property of mine becomes available I can list it in 2-3 websites! I can continue to go on about this app lol but I’ll leave it here! Thanks RentRedi!

  • It’s ok

    The app is ok. It serves the purpose but they need to fix a lot of items in there and also build it out more. Some of the layout doesn’t make sense and there are bugs. When you take the time to report it they have someone answering you in India that can’t comprehend what you are saying. At the end of the day it’s better than accepting checks the old fashion way but it needs a lot of items addressed. Once those items are addressed then I would give 5 stars.

  • Excellent customer service beyond our expectations

    We started using the app to list an apartment. That process was seamless and easy and we appreciated running a credit report and background check within the app. Setting up properties within the app is not straightforward and it would be great if instructions were included within the app. However, the customer service is excellent for any questions or problems you encounter along the way. We had an issue and the customer service rep promised to get back to us with the solution. It happened to be 8:00 pm and our thought was “yea, right we will never hear from you again”. How wrong We were. The next morning the customer service rep had responded with the solution! Not only within the app chat box but by email as well. Wow! Thorough and accountable customer service is a rare event these days. Please note that some aspects of the app do not work well on a phone or ipad such a reviewing an application and a background report/credit check. Overall, we love the app and our new tenant loves using it to pay her rent.

  • Overall a good app

    I have been using rentredi for a few months now. I am managing 1 fourplex with it. It definitely helps me keep things organized and keep track of payments, leases, dates, maintenance etc. I do think the app could be setup a little better. It can be difficult to navigate at times. Sometimes I end up going in circles looking for what I am trying to find. Overall I like the app, and I would recommend. Great price point for what you get.

  • Makes it possible to remote manage from out of state!

    My tenants and I both love this! They feel their needs are met- my tenants prefer to text, electrically sign leases & addendums, get cell phone/ text reminders of pest management visits/ general property maintenance, house their leases electronically for ease of access, and request repairs via their tenant portal.

    I love that all our communications are housed in a single place, I love that I can message all my tenants (or property by property) any updates I have. I now only have to use this app + a local handyman vs pay for external property management. As a result, my tenant’s needs are fully met and I am able to maintain complete control of the accounting (rent collection + repairs) and make sure they each receive the kind of service only an owner (shhhh, I mean Property Manager) would provide!

    I debated between this and another app competitor and gf that went with the other one is now going to switch to RentRedi!

  • Great Program

    Pros:
    This has been a great program for me to run my property management company through. My tenants can submit maintenance request through the app and it notifies me. I like that they are able to make online automatic payments and run background checks. Easy to operate and navigate through the app.
    Cons:
    Payments to me are SLOW. Takes anywhere between 7-15 business days for payment to process and go into the bank account and doesn’t draft from the tenants account until it processes so it is confusing to them and causes them to worry about accidentally spending their rent money that’s still in the bank. Tenet background checks ask for way to much information and seems to make prospective tenants very uncomfortable filling out. It’s enough to steal someone’s identity.
