Didn’t work at all
The title says it all. It did not work.
I ended up buying the apple device which worked without any additional setup.
The worst part, now the app shows in my settings but not on my app screen.
The only way it seems to remove this is to reset you phone to factory settings and start from scratch.
Very disappointed that Apple would allow this app in the App Store.
I do not recommend it all.
If you’ve purchased a device that states to use this app to setup, return it immediately.

Don’t waste your time
This adapter doesn’t work, so don’t waste your time buying it.
The update it said I needed wasn’t available and when you click through to app support the page is in Chinese with no option to translate so you can’t navigate to find help.Kimbob86
Love it! Works as intended.
Bought this item on Facebook marketplace. Was a bit skeptical about the purchase but wanted to try it. Glad I did! It works with all my monitors and TV. Last night went to my girlfriend’s house, connect my phone, this unit, and her HDMI cable coming out of her tv and we enjoyed watching HBO Max, Netflix, and other videos through my phone. Just make sure you have Wifi, if you don’t want to eat your data plan.
CONS- the update app that you need to download, doesn’t really tell you, which uploaded to update, making it confusing and time wasting (if you update everything they have).Show lesssilverlaunch3
Problem is the instructions
This worked with my iPad mini. But it was much harder than it needed to be. Follow the instructions that come with the adapter but be aware that plugging in to the charger is not optional. It only worked for me after it was plugged into the charger.coalitionamalgamator
Doesn't work
Presumably ok if it covers your product but I painstakingly went through all the options and none of them appear to work. Usual Chinese junk and waste of time and money. Plus who knows what dodgy software I have now given access to my iPadCriminal mastermind
Piece of junk
The device worked to mirror any content except movies, the primary reason you would want to use such a device. So I tried to run the update which was 100% successful and after that the device would no longer work at all. It simply said software unauthorized. Waste of time and money.Skifanatech
Terrible Do NOT Use
I have a broken iPad which has the projector broken. Otherwise it works fine, the ports worked fine but the fact you have to download this app is ridiculous. I couldn’t see my screen and thought this step is completely useless.putmedown

When i first received this cord it worked perfectly fine, but then it said i needed to update the cord. It said the series number would be on the tv. The series number was not on the tv nor was it stated anywhere on the box.😴👀😳✌️

If you’re reading this, then you’ve already wasted your 15 dollars on the cable. I’m sorry to inform you that nothing you do will make this work unless you practice wizardry, and if that’s the case, why buy the cable? The app is in broken English, upon downloading the “firmware” my phone made strange noise and got slow for a bit, and still had no image on screen. Immediately uninstalled. Can anyone recommend me a good virus detection app? I want to make sure my $3 isn’t about to get stolen from my account...Show lessapoorunfortunatesoul
