Absoloutely terrible and wasn’t worth my time..
I absolutely hated this dongle. It gave me a bad day and so here I am.. the app is not clear upon which single there is to update. Upon extensive means of research I have concluded there is no specific update for my hdmi to lightning port adapter to display my screen on tv. The video lags behind and the voices never ever ever ever and I mean NEVER EVER match up. Completely unsatisfied. 10/10 would recommend to return product immediately and never buy their things again. Cannot find latest update.
Worked first time I used but now just comes up with Qrcode. Downloaded update app and looked for appropriate upload, namely ending 13 and not there!!!!! Not impressed.Tokenkwb
Waste of time and money
This unit simply does NOT work. Some audio at times and mirrors the static desktop. Played with for hours..different TV s . Still failed to work. Be warned DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYRunaway2014
Doesn’t work
Bought the cable, it work for half a day, then stopped working. I took it back and got a new one, same thing, worked half a day then quit. Tried iPad, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone SE, same results. So I downloaded the app, identified the cable and downloaded the update. Doesn’t work. Complete garbage, don’t waste your timeShow lesssmartmesh

I bought an expensive Apple version a few weeks ago under time pressure and then a couple of these at a third the price for family, arrived today, only worked after I found out you need to plug your iPhone charger into the smaller dock next to the HDMI slot at the same time, unlike the Apple version but it works the same after you do that. Worth the savings just a bit of a headache to work at first.Show lessrolok2

The device that comes with this app doesn’t play movies, just screen mirrors games and home screen on your phone.
This app doesn’t have an update available to properly use the item to watch movies.

Very Unhappy
I was able to watch my videos when I plugged in the hardwire into the television from my IPhone SE. It worked perfectly! A week later I hook up the HDMI and this app comes up saying I can’t watch it unless I upgrade. So I download this app on my phone and nothing. I can’t even watch anything on my TV now. I feel like I just wasted money getting this hardware. This is unacceptable! I download your app and it’s invalid it’s just worthless. I can’t even read anything on your app it’s so little. I bought thd red wires and thought it was hard because my phone was old. I got a brand new I phone and was happy to see things on my TV without any codes. Now I connected again and made me download this app. My series ends with numbers which are not included in this catalog. The one that approaches is V111. I have updated twice and nothing works. This app is nothing but a scam. It does absolutely nothing what so ever.
You should be able to connect the iPhone into the HDMI port and everything should automatically start mirroring.
Not with this piece of junk.
It asks you to download this app, and doesn’t even tell you what series it is.

Piece of Crap
Bought a cable that asked me to download this app for displaying iPhone on my computer. Upon connecting my iPhone to my PC, I was asked to download this app which then asked again to download another software version which is not listed. So, the whole thing went nowhere and all time and money spent wasted
